12/15/24. Asus TUF F15 laptop. I contacted the service in order to replace the thermal paste and dust off. At the same time, the case cover was very loose, which the master pointed out during the initial inspection of the device and, as it turned out, the fasteners on both sides were shattered (most likely as a result of the previous service). The master, in addition to the initial order, naturally offered to repair the fasteners, stating that it would be secure, but there would be nothing to break again. I am writing a review after half a year of operation after the service: I forgot about overheating in December, but the case cover is holding on, as if I pulled the laptop out of the box yesterday. They consult, send a photo report on the progress of the repair, and the repair itself is done in such a way that you don't have to remember about going to the service even half a year later.

The matrix on the laptop broke, I thought that I would take it to the service where they deal with my laptops, so that everything would be without problems. As a result, I spent time traveling back and forth for 2 hours, I came 3 times, it was always closed, so no one answers the calls, I do not advise anyone to take it to another service, we did everything in 1 day also at a nice price.
