I contacted the service center in the evening, and the next morning the technician left for diagnostics and warranty corrections. The master by the name of Savitsky arrived at the appointed time, everything was carefully disassembled and fixed. Everything was prompt and professional. Reading the negative reviews, I can't compare it with reality in any way: we are very pleased with this attitude to our problem and service.

I called the operator, asked him to come and, if possible, block the squeak or, if possible, replace the button. I've talked too much!!!: to get there, you need to disassemble the refrigerator (200 rubles), call (50 rubles), there is no button, you need to order and wait 2-3 months and pay for the work again!!! We arrived within an hour from another workshop, forged the button with a screwdriver, and blocked the call for 50 rubles. Is Technoadria-service really not interested in customers? Or is it the company's policy to siphon money from customers? It's just an ugly attitude!
