3. Consider the issue of a license to carry out maintenance, on the basis of which contracts and with which copyright holders the license for the repair of Gorenje equipment was confirmed?
The first time I faced such a divorce for commercial services for equipment on warranty service, I never thought that such "offices" remained in our civilized country.

I purchased a Gorenje MO20E1W microwave oven, after unpacking it turned out that the oven door is skewed by several millimeters, which is why the door closes with a loud "clang" and a noticeable effort. I went to the store on purpose and found an oven of the same model in the window, which did not have this defect, which indicates that everything is not all right with the door in the oven, according to the advice of the seller, I contacted the service center. I brought the oven to the service center, to which the master said that you were just unlucky and got such an unsuccessful copy and the door is not adjustable, the master took out the oven of the same design, wanted to prove that all furnaces have such doors, but on another furnace with a door everything was perfect and it closed with a light movement, after then the master hurried to take her back. Then there was a long dispute and the words of the master that he did not see the defect and there were no regulations that would assess the effort to close the door, when asked to write a defect report, I was given an unsubscription in the form of an act concluding that the defect was not detected and the oven was in good working order.
Realizing that the service center doesn't care, I decided to figure it out myself. At home, I removed the cover on the door hiding the hinges, where I found the bend of the upper hinge and the fact that it did not fall into the groove. With a slight movement of the screwdriver, he straightened the hinge and returned it to the groove - the door began to close perfectly. It will take 3 minutes of time, a person who does not have any competence in this matter was able to fix the problem when a specialized service center could not do ANYTHING, saying that this is how it should be.
After that, you can draw conclusions about the competence of the employees and masters of this center.
