We took our iPhone 5 for repair, to the service at 43 Pobedy Ave., with a broken lock button. they repaired it, but somehow damaged the battery, and without telling us anything, they handed it over to us, replacing it with another one (this is according to their superiors). a month later, the phone started to turn off and the screen floated. when the lid was opened, the battery was swollen and its release date was 2016. They naturally denied their guilt, and after a big scandal and a call to their superiors, they reimbursed the price of the battery.

I changed the glass on the iphone 5s. They took more than 1000 UAH, BUT:
1. It didn't work out the first time, the screen sensor was constantly "buzzed" and "buggy" (it reacted poorly to pressing).
2. Two days later, they brought it back to be fixed. As a result, the glitches passed, but it was "suffocated" as before. Plus, a new glitch was added - the proximity sensor stopped working. I wasn't blocked when talking on the phone.
Guten service said that the entire display module needs to be changed. And this is another 1000 UAH. Of course, they refused and for good reason, as it turned out later.
Having suffered with the phone for more than a month, we bought a screen and double-sided tape for 100 UAH for slando to redo ourselves.
We found a problem why the sensor was not working. The Guten service masters forgot to remove the protective film from the inside of the screen. Plus, the screen was glued with SUPER Glue.
In general, in 20 minutes, with the help of double-sided tape, the new screen became like a native one. There are no glitches, "strangulation" and the sensor is working.
Guten service center - it is more expensive to contact you.

The horror! They lost my laptop. I gave it for repair and that's it! They said they lost it or stole it, they don't know themselves. They said they'd call back. But the silence continues... I have never seen such a terrible service anywhere else! Don't go, don't give your equipment! They will also lose! How outraged I am - words cannot express it!
