I will not recommend this service center to anyone. They passed the microwave oven for diagnosis, it stopped warming. The verdict of the master is a magnetron defect. Repairs would cost 164p (120p. magnetron and 44p. work) in addition to 20p. for diagnostics. They were taken away without repair. At home, they disassembled the stove themselves, the power fuse turned out to be burnt out. The price of a new fuse is 7p., we changed it ourselves, the magnetron turned out to be in order. The question is, why did they charge us 20p. if the diagnosis was carried out incorrectly (if at all) and why did they want to take another 164??? If possible, give your equipment to other service centers, here you will simply be fooled (to put it mildly)...

I bought a new premium Ballu convector, after a week of use, the convector broke down. On November 30, 2022, I took it to this service center (repair under warranty). In words, they promised to wait about 2 weeks for repairs. I called them in mid-December and they said they were waiting for the details, which should come by the end of December. I called them again on January 20, 2023 - they said they were waiting for details that should come by the end of January. So that you understand, a convector is a heater that is needed in winter. I paid 500 rubles for it, half the winter has passed, and I don't have a convector. as a result, they will probably give it to me when the winter is over and the convectcore will not be needed. No specifics on the timing, they misinform consumers... I wonder if it's possible to sue them? are there any deadlines set by law?
