It sucks, they handed over the phone and paid 2500 UAH (screen replacement) for repairs, exactly on the same day the screen cracked. They put it wrong....... In response to the claim, they said that we used it incorrectly))

I passed it on 07.07, I took it after 40 + days (we couldn't do it).Until you call yourself, no one in this SC will move..They called and said they could pick up the phone.I came-there is no phone..They said they could pick it up in a couple of days..I came a couple of days later to get my phone -it doesn't have a Sim tray..in a couple of days I'll go back to the shopping center for my tray..
Bad is still a good assessment
