If you fix it with them, then the diagnosis is free, you pay only for repairs. No, the diagnosis is paid. In terms of time, they work quite quickly. The backlight burned out in my TV - it was changed during the day, considering that it was ordered separately. Well, there is something to compare it with. Before that, I carried it to another one, right in my house. They were also diagnosed within a week... then months of repairs... and without results. It seemed easier to answer no, we don't fix it, but don't torment it. But I found this workshop. So once again, many thanks to the staff!!!

My car worked flawlessly until it started to stain the laundry with gray spots. Master "Eugene" is a STIRALKI Servicesigrant.by took it for repair, took 350 rubles and returned the car a week later. All signs of the defect remained. I suppose he didn't do anything: he didn't change the bearing, the oil seal probably tried to tighten the old one (maybe). Now it is impossible to return the car: he promises every day in the evening, but does not arrive. Yesterday I called at 23.45 at night: I said I'll bring the car now. He must have been drunk. I do not recommend the Servicesigrant, I think that the craftsmen there are dubious, they do expensive and substandard. We have been without a car for more than a month: there is nothing to wash on. I do not see that management can manage the quality and behavior of its employees.

During this time, I didn't get a call, and I started calling them myself and asking what was going on with the diagnosis. They fed kami "tomorrow", they say the master will call you back. In total, after my 5 calls, the master called me back.. the phrase that just killed me on the spot: "I don't care, I'm no longer listed here as an employee and I even have a work card on my hands." Mmm, customer focus is at the lowest level. I will not apply here (I think the employees will be happy with this phrase) and I DO NOT ADVISE ANYONE.
