I ordered balloons for my birthday. We agreed in a few days what needs to be delivered by 9:00. As a result: 1. The courier was 14 minutes late 2. One balloon burst in front of me. 3. The number five is hanging crookedly. (due to the fact that the attachment point is torn in one place). They moved it to another place instead of replacing it with a whole one. 4. They have weights too... photos are attached. I paid 126 rubles for this! !!! I do not recommend it!!!

A brazen example of how a person responsible for responding to customers ruins someone's business. I recommend that you bring this to the attention of your superiors.I wanted to re-order the balloons, but unfortunately the person was still "unable to help you", although the order was strictly based on availability from the website.Even if there is no such set , should I suggest other options ? "should I at least answer?" .I am very sad about such incompetence (

Messages have not been answered for several days. The service is disgusting. Lack of respect for the client. Unpleasant. I do not recommend it!!!

Terrible service. They do not know how to communicate and have a terrible attitude towards their customers. We wrote off on Instagram 10 days before the required date to order balloons. So not only are there no punctuation marks in the messages (it is very difficult to read such sentences), so when asked about the possibility of preparing a pickup of 7 balloons with helium on the required date, we received a short answer "no", to clarifying questions about the time and date we received complete disregard.
