+ I really liked the hotel, as it has a good location. There are all necessary amenities (WiFi , hot and cold water, dishes, nearby there is a small Playground), Nearby there are many shops, pharmacies, banks, restaurants, a fish shop. The hotel is located in the city center, 700m from the City beach, I walked to the lake for about 10-15 minutes. The hosts are very helpful, ready to help.

I was in this place in 2019, from November 28 to December 3, the season was not a tourist one, so I was alone. Now, judging by the photos, the hotel has developed, but even then the owner did everything for my comfortable stay. I wish you prosperity and all the best.
