I'm staying here for the second time, according to the price/ quality formula, it's not even bad! There are rooms for every pocket and taste, the food in the restaurant overlooking Sevan is quite tasty, the staff is good and the main plus is you can pay with MIR cards.

A small cozy hotel is located right on the shore of Sevan, the territory is small, well-maintained, clean everywhere. It may be confusing to be close to the road, but the windows and balconies of all rooms overlook Sevan exclusively, so you can't see or hear passing cars, and there aren't many of them.
There is a football and basketball court in the backyard. I don't know if anyone is playing it, but it is definitely maintained in working order: the grass is trimmed, the nets are intact, you can use it.
On the ground floor there is a restaurant and its summer veranda, where you can eat with a magnificent view of Sevan. The swimming pool is located opposite the cottages and is accessible to all residents of the hotel. There are sun beds next to the pool, of which there are quite a lot, there are no problems with the place. Among the disadvantages, we can note the lack of mattresses for sun beds (without them it is not very comfortable to sunbathe for a long time) and beach towels. Instead of beach towels, they suggest using towels from the room. Umbrellas from the sun are also not available at all sun beds, but since there were not many people, we had enough. The pool is clean, there is an anti-slip coating on the bottom and, most importantly, on the steps, and of course, there is an excellent view of the lake from the pool.
There are 3 bonfire bowls near the shore. In order for a bonfire to be lit in the evening, you need to ask the staff for about an hour – they will bring firewood and do everything themselves.
I repeat, the windows of absolutely all rooms overlook Sevan, and this is one of the highlights of this place. The view of the water surface and the mountains is simply amazing. Silence, tranquility, peace, no noise and fuss. You can just sit on the balcony for hours, enjoying the scenery. The rooms themselves are quite spacious, bright, clean, and the renovation is fresh. Among the disadvantages: there are not enough horizontal surfaces in the room, such as bedside tables and tables, to put or put something. For some reason, the curtain in the bathroom is made of cotton, which negates its function of preventing water from the shower from flooding the floor.
All the staff are friendly, polite, friendly, and always ready to help.
As for the restaurant, the cooking is really slow. The food itself is simple, without frills, but quite normal. Basically, like a typical inexpensive Yerevan restaurant.
Overall, the impressions are extremely positive: beautiful, clean, quiet, cozy. It is worth coming here with a clear understanding that this is a place for a measured meditative rest. There is no huge territory and a lot of entertainment, but there are beautiful views, nature and silence.

The location of the complex is beautiful, amazing views of Lake Sevan and convenient access to the water. The visit to the complex is paid, AMD 5000 per person. The price includes the opportunity to swim in a cool outdoor heated pool - it is unlikely that you will be able to swim in the lake for a long time, the water is cold. Except that I was upset by the attitude of the staff in the restaurant - they wanted to have dinner with a beautiful view, but no one came up to us, the restaurant staff tried hard not to notice our presence and were cleaning the tables. Maybe they just didn't want to serve an hour and a half before closing time.

The hotel with the pool is in a good location, but there are many but:
1. We arrived and we did not have enough sun beds, we called in advance the day before and two hours before arrival. The beach is not designed to lie on towels
2. Passive staff. We tried to solve the problem, they tell us: I didn't know there were no sunbeds, etc. In general, it feels like they don't want to solve your problem, but they still returned some of the money. The only shame is that we drove from Yerevan to here for two hours
3. The pool is very small. Suitable only for getting in and out

We were at this hotel at the end of July. We took a VIP house. I liked the house very much, it is very comfortable and convenient, each house has its own Wi-Fi, so there were no problems with the Internet. Cleaning is done daily, towels are also changed every day. But there are also disadvantages. There are no dishes for cooking in the house, because there is nowhere to eat nearby except from the restaurant, and we have a child who, unfortunately, is difficult to feed, it was necessary to cook ourselves. They asked for dishes, a frying pan and pots. They brought 2 creepy-looking pots and a frying pan 1. There are no boards, no knives, no salad bowls or bowls. We went to the market and bought the missing dishes there, but this is not normal. The breakfasts are really meager. Omelette, bread, sausages, boiled eggs, cereals. Slicing cheese, sausage, cucumbers, tomatoes, raw carrots, raw beets. Yoghurts and coffee are made if asked. The coffee is not bad.
The pool is warm, which is good because the lake is icy all year round. And also the location is such that the wind is constantly blowing! There is no territory, there is nowhere to walk with children. The nearest store is 6 km away, keep in mind, not walking distance. In general, the impression is twofold. I liked the hotel itself and the staff, all polite and sociable, but there are drawbacks too. I would like them to be taken into account. And here is another minus, everywhere in the showers and toilets it does not smell pleasant, as in many hotels, sewage, such not fresh water in the drain, it is not pleasant for us, but it is useless to fight this, the air freshener did not help, it was not automatic, so we had to spray first, and then go in. It's hard to say if we'll come again, while impressions are fighting among themselves)

The hotel is not bad
Beautiful swimming pool with a view of Sevan.But apart from the pool and the restaurant, there is nothing else on site.
They were occupied for a long time, and they forgot to change the urn in the bathroom. The rooms are generally clean.
The breakfasts were very poor and simple. We waited for coffee for 20 minutes. There was no beer in the bar at lunch.

It was in the summer of 2019. A terrible restaurant, with terrible cuisine and slow waiters. After a long lunch of tasteless and sometimes even disgusting (hashlama, baked vegetables) dishes, we decided to find another place. The hotel itself is new, and apparently comfortable, but the restaurant spoils the whole impression.
I do not recommend it.
