We were just passing by - it's worth a visit for the sake of the view)) Writers lived well in the Union))) It's a pity that it's already dilapidated)) But! Still functioning! The view of Sevan from there is, of course, amazing, and the monastery is 2 minutes up the path!

It 's very expensive and not tasty . The fish is dry, the kebab feels like minced meat mixed with flour. The price tags are inadequate. For the same amount, we sat in a restaurant in the center of Yerevan, where everything was very tasty, and at the same time we ate. There is one advantage in this place - the view of Sevan. Just drink a cup of Coffee, and that's it! Just as an observation deck

An interesting place, beautiful views of Lake Sevan. It is worth coming here to feel the atmosphere, the architecture of Art Nouveau and immerse yourself in nature. On the downside, there's not much information around. And what else struck me was that everything was beautiful, but the building on the other side was not painted at all and was collapsing... What a shame

In general, everything is OK! We didn't go to the cafe, but we stopped for the night) We were greeted well, the big minus for me is cleanliness, I'm not saying it was just dirty, but the condition confuses the bathroom! Repairs are very necessary of course ... But everything is blocked by the view from the room, we lived on the 3rd floor, lake view, beauty. I also want to write a huge minus, the audibility is very strong, as if they are talking in your room🙈

A very authentic place. It is suitable for those who want to plunge into the atmosphere of the USSR. Little has changed there since then.

We booked a room for one night from a three-day trip to Armenia. We chose the hotel because of its unusual historical design, location and views. And you didn't lose it! The structure is really unique, and is still in a livable condition. And we were also lucky, we were offered an improved room without an increase in price: we booked a room on the third floor with access to a shared terrace with sun loungers, and received an offer to move into a two-room room with a separate entrance through a private terrace on the ground floor. The water is hot (through a running water heater) and cold, a heater, a refrigerator, a comfortable large bed with a soft mattress. The sheet with beautiful embroidery was pleasantly surprised!

A monument of constructivist architecture, the condition is quite deplorable, unfortunately, but it is interesting to see. When you're standing from below, the building kind of looms over you. It would be great if the owners managed to repair the structure and give the emk a second life.

In 2 years, I have brought more than 20 customers to this cafe. The last time I came with my relatives to show the architectural monument and, perhaps, to eat, but they told us "You can't just look, either order or leave." We won't come here anymore, good luck in business with this approach to people. It's a pity that a place with such great potential has slipped down

A beautiful architectural building, but inside they opened some kind of cafe with very unfriendly staff and some kind of inadequate prices If you just go in to look, they'll yell at you, because you can't just look, you have to buy something. At the same time, there was nothing on the menu except tea bags and baklava I do not recommend it

A wonderful monument to Soviet modernism. And the restaurant took only water, went only to admire the aroma of architecture. Well , it 's beautiful 🤌🏼

We went to see this architectural monument, it turned out that a shabby cafe was set up in its place, where all tables were free during rush hour. An unfriendly employee of the cafe said that he would need to buy / order something. We decided to have lunch, but there were no soups, no homemade lemonades either. We bought a bottle of water and went to enjoy the view from the balcony. Then, apparently, the owner of the establishment ran out, began waving his arms and cursing at us so that we would get out of there if we did not eat there. He was not embarrassed by the presence of a 3-year-old child, he was not shy in his expressions. Now it is clear why his cafe in this architectural monument is so empty. I wish you a speedy ruin of the cafe and the development of this object as a cultural unit.

We stayed one night at this hotel. We read terrible reviews and were ready for the worst. However, the most unpleasant thing that awaited us was the problems with the water in the room. There was no hot water, there was not enough cold pressure. Otherwise, it's not so scary. Yes, the beds are not the most comfortable, and the bed linen is not the most fashionable colors. But everything is perfectly clean. It is clear that the owners are trying their best to maintain an acceptable level of service. From the point of view of comfort, count on the level of a provincial campsite. Then your expectations will coincide with reality. The breakfasts were pleasantly surprised - everything was delicious and well prepared. Otherwise, for very little money you get a real "night at the museum". The complex is an architectural monument of Soviet constructivism. An amazing building! Breakfast with an amazing view of Lake Sevan. The parquet of those times is alive in the dining room, many details of the era have been preserved. I definitely recommend it to fans of adventure, bright colors and vintage. The place is unique.

Disgusting staff, they were not allowed in the cafe, they could not drink coffee and were kicked out with the words "this is not a museum for you"

We were in November, the cafe was already closed, but the owner allowed us to go inside, appreciate the masterpiece of Soviet architecture (and did not swear at all, as they wrote in the reviews here)

There were no dishes on the menu in the cafe, so they took only water. The employees of the institution kicked us out. They shouted obscenities after us, despite the fact that we were with a small child

We went inside to see what happened to the building. It turned out that the cafe was not allowed just like that, I had to order tea with myself. They charged 2000 drams for everything. But the building is great and the view is amazing

We signed up for a night check-in, and everyone is sleeping there. They say they will be accepted at 9 am. We sat at the gate for an hour and left. Terrible service. I don't recommend it.

We wanted to go to the dining room for a snack, and at the same time see the makeshift museum. We asked the staff at the entrance for permission, they said "of course." we went in, but then the owner ran out of the closet, started waving his arms and shouting that there was no Hermitage here, there was nothing to see, people were eating here. Well, OK, get a rating for the hospitality and service

The complex is in a sad state, it is clear that repairs are required both outside and in the rooms. A lot of Soviet furniture is already in a "dead" state. From the steep - view from the dining room and from its balcony
