I think this is the best gym in Gomel. Everything is clean, the interior is tastefully done, pleasant staff, good coaches and good group training. Very clean sauna and hammam. Previously, group training sessions were held in the gym on the second floor, there was a little more room and more space. They're currently on the third floor. Maybe they decided to expand the medical center to the entire second floor, maybe they are repairing, I have no idea. It is most convenient to take a full unlimited subscription, and also a very convenient solution with vip lockers The only drawback is that the ground floor does not catch the network at all.

A special, huge thank you to coach Olga — it was she who made my workouts conscious and truly effective. Olga is very attentive to technique, explains in simple words, sensitively adjusts the load to the goal and well-being, knows how to motivate without pressure. After a couple of her classes, the fear of strength disappeared, and confidence in her movements appeared. The cleanliness is simply exemplary: the changing rooms are well maintained, the showers are shining, the equipment is regularly wiped and disinfected. It's nice to be in the gym, there's no fitness smell, just freshness and order. And the cherry on the cake is the view from the windows to the lake. Panoramic windows turn a workout into a ritual: morning cardio at dawn and the smoothness of the water, the best antistress, and evening classes are held on a surprisingly calm wave. For the sake of this view, I want to come a little earlier. Plus: modern equipment, friendly reception, convenient group schedule, well-thought-out recreation area. In general, a club where they really take care of you. A solid five and a sincere recommendation, especially to those who are looking for a professional coach, Olga is a must!

Cons: the price for one workout (25p is expensive, this is done so that you buy a subscription).Other halls have much lower prices. The girls at the entrance deserve special praise. It's a pretty comfortable place to train. For a relatively low cost, you can get access to excellent simulators. There are quite a few treadmills and exercise bikes. The visitors are mostly polite and cool. Several instructors are constantly present in the hall. You can also train with a personal trainer. Great view from the treadmills, great locker room and soulful. There is such a spa. For those who can visit the gym during the day, the cost will be even more affordable!

A good fitness center, everything is clean and tidy. A large gym, many different exercise equipment. I usually go on weekdays in the evenings - there are no crowds of people, there are no queues for simulators, I comfortably use my permanent simulators, sometimes I can wait a minute, if necessary, until the simulator is free. I am mainly attracted to the Russian sauna (that is, the spa area) here. The temperature there is decent, but steam is supplied automatically all the time, so the humidity is quite high. I only use it. There is also a Finnish sauna, it is dry, and something else - like a hammam (it is described in more detail on their website, you can study it if necessary). And plus there is a steam room, as it usually happens in a hammam - it is warm and the humidity there is very high, steam. I go there sometimes too, I love it. Finally, the spa has now made a normal shower. Previously, there was some kind of pampering with singing birds, it was not regulated, it was warm all the time, after the sauna you can't get cold water. And recently we made one of the showers with ice water. That's why I started going there, because I had a puzzle: exercise equipment, a hot sauna and a cold shower (or rather, an ice shower, which is even better). Then there is a comfortable relaxation area with sun beds. And I really want to praise the girls at the reception. Everyone is as good as they come - nice, polite, quick-witted, ready to help if there is a problem. They quickly sorted out my problem, and one girl started solving it, then she left, but the other picked up the topic and solved everything perfectly. How I love this service! I visited only the SPA areas. I haven't been to the gym. The condition of the SPA area is terrible. Firstly, the changing rooms that belong to the SPA are not used at all. Because there are camera-sized lockers for things in the store. And there are no showers in the changing rooms. Therefore, even the administrator herself immediately took us to the common locker rooms, which also relate to the gym. She said it was impossible to use the SPA's changing rooms. As a result, there are simply no people in these locker rooms, empty rooms. Secondly, and the most disgusting thing is that in two wet saunas it is impossible to wash the seats and walls with a hose. In one sauna, the hoses are hanging, but they don't work. One of the visitors said that in all 3 years of his premises they had never worked. In another sauna there are outlets for hoses, but there are no hoses themselves. As a result, it is impossible to sit if you do not want to catch cystitis, and in the Roman sauna there are many sweat stains on the walls from the backs of visitors. Not only can't you wash it yourself, but I think the workers don't wash it either. Because the hoses don 't work 🤢 Thirdly, there are 3 showers in the SPA area for washing after the steam rooms. 2 warm and 1 cold. There was a notice on one of the warm ones that it was not working. The second warm one just didn't work. And only the cold one worked. As a result, after the steam rooms, you can't wash properly if you don't want to stand under icy water. And I remind you that the walls and seats in the saunas are covered in sweat that you couldn't wash off. I would also like to see water coolers, but there was no such thing. But they sell bottles of water at the reception. There are few alternatives in Gomel, so the owners of the center do not try

A great place: the gym is super, the contingent and coaches are very nice guys, there is a spa area with three saunas - ordinary, Roman and hammam, there is a relaxation area and three showers, one of which with cold water (very wisely). And this hour is about the cons: the hammam does not work forever, and if it does, then you have to wait for steam for a really long time, I do not have enough patience, although this is my favorite sauna; in the hammam and the Roman sauna, the douches do not work, so you have to wiggle your ass on someone else's sweat, it's just really not hygienic. I have repeatedly made comments, but no one cares. So 7 is a good idea, but as always, the implementation of the idea, which means that management gives real problems. At the same time, the place is not cheap and people can demand order for this money. As a matter of principle, I'm thinking of moving to another place and I advise you.

This is a case where they have very good equipment, but it's just not enough: - Only one Smith machine - Only one squat stand - Dumbbells: no 16? No 22? no 30?, and so on... It's just ridiculous. Especially girls have to wait until the smith machine is free. It resembles a queue at the clinic. This gym is more like a chic hotel gym or a resort gym. If you are serious about making progress in your workouts, this is definitely not the best option. If you like to take beautiful photos, engage in social media and be an influencer, or just engage without goals, then this is a good option. I'm paying for an unlimited morning time subscription, which costs 99 rubles. I've been to other gyms where the price is lower, and at least there's more equipment than here. The only reason I came here was the open area and the quality of the equipment, but the lack of equipment is just a problem. This is my last month here. (Updated March 2024): I'm lowering the rating to 4 stars. Minuses: - they have a strange assortment of dumbbells: 12, 14, 18, 20, 24, 28, 32... no 16, 22, 26 or 30. This is the first time I've seen this. If you are studying according to the program, it is difficult to make progressions. - There is only one Smith car.. - There is only one squat stand. They have equipment and areas that don't seem to be in use. Maybe they can consider purchasing more regular equipment? Positive: - They have 5 cable stations (1 double and 4 single) - Very high-quality power equipment. - There are a lot of windows in the training area, not closed ones like in the basement. It gives a sense of space.
