We came for a Turkish breakfast on the terrace. On January 2, having breakfast outside with a view of the sea is great! According to the menu, there are a sufficient number of different dishes, a lot of sea positions. I tried the fish soup - it was good and satisfying. Also, I tried dessert, but I didn't really understand it — pastries based on semolina and ice cream on top.
At prices, expensive — $$$-$$$$
But, for the sake of a beautiful view and pleasant emotions with cool photos, it is definitely worth a visit!

I don't know how a restaurant is, but entertainment — feeding seagulls — is five points. Entrance to the view terrace is free. Go to the hotel at the entrance, tell them that you are on the terrace. You will be sent to the elevator and told to go to the fifth floor. Get out, go up the steps further, and you're on the terrace. There is also a saucer with leftovers, and they are taken for feeding. - cool view, polite staff, prompt service, you can feed the seagulls on the terrace and delicious baklava, ordinary Turkish tea (I have not tried coffee)
Minuses:
- there is a very poor choice of dishes, prices are above average and do not justify their cost (at least the main dishes) the guide brought us here and said that the prices are average in Istanbul, we had to pay an additional 400 liras to the main receipt (as we understood this VAT for dishes, although why withdraw it in a separate amount if it is possible to add prices to the price)
Bottom line: a pretentious place with an unjustified check and only one plus is to feed the seagulls on the terrace and get pleasant emotions, although the above disadvantages kill the buzz completely!!!
