We have been living here for several months with two children. The condo is perfect, especially when everyone has left for quarantine. This is one of the best choices in Pattaya. The only drawback, in my personal opinion, is the lack of monumentality, i.e. everything was done on a blunder and cheaper, such as our panels in residential areas. It can be seen that they saved a lot on materials here.
