There are pros and cons.
Very beautiful territory, gorgeous sea, high-quality cleaning, friendly staff, good massage are probably all the advantages.
There's a problem with nutrition! There are huge queues at the restaurant, there is a choice of food, but it all depends on the chefs, there are a lot of dishes that are absolutely impossible to eat! The soup called "Borscht" is just a mess. There is also a small selection of fruits, during two weeks of rest there were never grapes or watermelon, previously we rested in Kemer 3 times in a 4* hotel and there were always watermelons, melons and grapes.
And in this hotel everything is very modest, there is little meat, fish. There were only French fries and burgers during the day, and ice cream.
We will not return to this hotel anymore, the hotel does not meet the stated 5*.
You can order salad and pasta at night, but you can't eat it! It's just terrible!

Excellent location, 5 min walk to the center of Kemer, its own beach, pier. Very comfortable beds and pillows, which is a significant plus. The staff is very helpful, the rooms have been renovated and they are very spacious, good cleaning. The food is good, you can always have a delicious meal, the drinks are normal, and the desserts are delicious.
The only negative for me is / this is very loud, stupid Russian music in the evenings / but this is a disadvantage of all hotels in central Kemer, if you like to go to bed early (before 23:00-00:00), take a room with a garden view.

A wonderful hotel! First line, literally 50 meters to the sea, clean beach and all amenities.
We went on a honeymoon with my husband and never regretted choosing a hotel.
The room was always cleaned on time, very spacious and comfortable. The view from the room is a separate love 😻
The food was very varied, delicious, the dishes changed periodically, seasonal fruits ☺️
We were super satisfied with our stay!

We had a rest in the middle of June. The location is excellent, the center of Kemer is 10 minutes away. The views are gorgeous, the territory is small, but everything is beautiful.
The rooms in the main building after renovation are very good, cleaning every day plus refilled refrigerator, water, beer, juices.
Since the hotel is renovated, somewhere it is good and somewhere not everything is finished.
The beach is pebbly like the whole of Kemer, but this is only a plus for us. The water is crystal clear. There are problems with sun beds, sometimes they were not enough, people have been occupying them since 7 a.m.
We've been using our towels since the night before ( they take away the hotel ones )
So now the food. As many wrote earlier, these are really queues for food and drinks. (this is more of a question for the management)
In general, the food is without frills, but you will not be hungry , some positions are delicious , some are not. Apples , bananas , apricots are made from fruits.
No cherries, no watermelon, no strawberries
Local alcohol (imported such as maccalan, chivas for a fee)
But in general, you can drink. Ephesus beer is so normal for me, the wine is delicious white. Cocktails are also more or less.
From entertainment, table tennis, darts, water polo, football field + basketball.
Overall, the hotel looks more like a solid 4 stars.

One of the best hotels in Turkey in this price segment. Everything is at a very decent level: accommodation, pool, beach, pier, spa, food, service.
The staff is well trained, it is amazing with what good manners and patience the services are provided.
Of the five stars, two need to be removed:
- obscene loud music from 21:30 to one o'clock in the morning, like we're on you ... ; we have to close the balcony door, but there is no split system, general ventilation is blowing, living its own life;
- catering in this hotel is based on the principle of feeding animals in a stable, but to the credit of pets, they do not smoke;
That is, you can forget about your personal space, no one is going to provide it in this hotel.
Yes, if you can swim, you will be burned by algae when you reach the buoys. Naturally, the hotel does not warn about this.

The rooms are large, you can see that they are renovated. I liked the hotel, the beach is small but nice. The hotel is more suitable for the elderly who want to relax in peace and quiet. We didn't have enough animation. The restaurant didn't like the fact that the hot food was in one place, starting from the entrance, so a queue was forming from the lobby itself.

We had a rest from September 11 to September 20, 2024. I liked the hotel as a whole, the friendly staff, the rooms are cleaned daily, but not always with high quality, it depends on who cleans. There is always food, even in the dead of night you can eat soup and pasta. The sea is divinely clear and transparent. There are few children on the beach, because After 2 meters from the shore it is already deep. The main contingent of tourists is from Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, but there are also from the Baltic States, Serbia, and the Czech Republic. The rooms in the main building are all with side sea views.
Cons: queues at the restaurant for food, this is due to illiterate management. The restaurant on the beach is only burgers and French fries and you have to queue for them too.

A 4-star hotel with privileges. There is a lot of food, but on the 7th day of stay it becomes monotonous. Many positions switch from lunch to dinner. There is an Italian restaurant, where they cook delicious food and a bar 24/7. But most likely there won't be many cocktails left by the evening. At the end of the stay, coffee ran out in the vending machines and water was pouring. We didn't get into the Asian restaurant. There is a cafe open at lunch, with French fries and burgers. Beef is strangely cooked, I do not advise you to try it. The staff is responsive, but there were precedents of complaints and comments from the staff themselves to the guests, they saw such a picture themselves at lunch. The female manager chastises the man for no clear reason. And so on the whole, nice people. Many people know Russian, a little English. There will probably be no problems with sun beds, but many people occupy them from 6 in the morning and come only by 12. The hotel has a rule "for more than an hour, a towel is on the sunbed without a person and it is cleaned." This is certainly not the case, but you can remove it yourself, it will make life easier)). There is a private pier with sun beds, but it is definitely worth occupying there in the morning. The hotel room is in good condition, cleaned every day, and towels are also changed, the bar is updated every day. It would only be worth replacing the air conditioner. We were in October, the weather is not particularly hot, 25-28 degrees, but it gets stuffy at night, the balcony does not save, the air conditioner almost does not blow.
We were at the end of the season, most likely everyone was tired, so there are no strong complaints. Everything is probably much better in the summer

We visited this hotel in October 2024. Nice rooms in the main building, large. Cleaning is daily, well cleaned. We lived on the 3rd floor of rooms 1304 and 1302, were at the very end, the hallway smelled of cat urine. The rooms faced the disco in the evening, so it's noisy in the evening if you have the windows open, but we closed the doors for us. What was disappointing was the food. There are constant queues, the food is the same every day, you won't be hungry, but there is no special choice. The local alcohol is disgusting, only beer can be drunk.
The water in the pool is icy, but we were at sea. The cafe by the burger bar is of course trash. French fries are not French fries, it's unclear what, burgers are the same. Maybe because the season was ending there was no grill by the pool, although it was supposed to be different in summer.
The most plus is a 15-minute walk to the center of Kemer, you can visit shops, pharmacy, McDonald's, Starbucks.
In general, in Kava, so budget hotels are normal, but if there is an opportunity to pay extra, it is better to go to another one

There is always a lot of food. They're reporting. Lots of vegetables. Sliced cheese and sausages. The fruits are local, according to the season. Lunch, dinner is always chicken or fish. There were cancers once.The buffet is really good. Appliances, glasses, glasses are poorly washed. It's not pleasant. The alcohol is local in the glass, very weak, I drank my own in the room. The staff speaks Russian fluently. The beach with good sun beds is sandy and galician. The sea is very clean and beautiful. The view of the mountains is magnificent. Actually, that's what I was driving for, I'm happy. Do not see your guide for shopping. They take you to Antalya for free to an expensive fur salon. All clothes can be bought leaving the hotel on the left, 400 m, prices are 10 times lower than the mall in Antalya. It consists of two buildings: the main and the garden.
We lived in the main building. The windows overlooked the pool, the view was of the mountains and the sea. The view is gorgeous, you can't argue with that.
Room cleaning is done every day, but not always of high quality. Bed linen is changed according to your request (you will need to leave a corresponding sign).
The rooms are generally in good condition, with shabby furniture, comfortable beds, and the room itself is very spacious. The three of us lived together and didn't have to rub up against each other like we had in our other hotel)
The hotel has a small but very green area, there is a place to take beautiful pictures for memory.
The beach is private with small pebbles. The entrance to the sea is convenient, there are no large stones.
There is a pier, which also has sun beds and a descent into the sea.
The sea is clear with blue water.
I still give 4 stars for the fact that the food in the hotel is not 5.. very poor, the arrangement of the dishes is poorly thought out, because of this a huge queue is forming! And it's not clear where people are standing, for which particular dish. Yes, there is a small variety, but almost the same thing. Mostly chicken dishes, sometimes turkey, the fish was good fried and stewed in sauce, there were other types of meat (like veal).
Of alcohol, only local, imported for money. It was impossible to drink the local wine.
The juices from the machine are very concentrated, diluted with water to make it less cloying.
Animation. She's not here as such. There are daytime activities: exercise, water polo, darts. There is no evening program. There was a music quiz one time, and karaoke the other time.

In general, we were always well-fed, it was delicious for us, everything is not as bad as they say))
I was surprised that they don't really keep clean, and everything is already tired straight, they themselves shit in their workplaces, but that's okay) plates, appliances are sometimes not washed, chairs are all dirty, stained and they don't worry about it at all🫣 rooms are also cleaned at half strength, it can't be compared with Russia even in the weakest 3, everything will be licked, but, again, it's just people like that, so we got used to it)
We arrived when the season had already closed, and a lot of things were no longer working, but it also did not spoil the rest in any way)
I don't know how it was in the season, but there was practically no animation, we, as young people, still wanted to dance and some kind of movement, but alas ... at 21:00 the disco started downstairs, sometimes it started with children's animation, but it lasted 15 minutes at most, because it was until 23:15 the program itself, just music and two girls who danced and "turned on" the people) then everyone went to sleep🤣
And, so, there was yoga, volleyball, rifle shooting and something else, well, in general, who is interested in it, I think I was pleased
There is also a good sauna, it works until 18:30, it was cold in the evenings and it would be cool to go and warm up in the sauna later, but unfortunately there is a time limit.
Near the center of Kemer, you can take buses 07 and 08 and get to the center of Antalya, there is a popular tour company "ginza travel" at the hotel, the guide will offer excursions for over prices, so I advise these guys, not advertising, just really saving money is very good, since in Turkey, it has really become expensive (

Terrible hotel, we arrived on May 20th, stayed there for 7 days.
Apparently, people who get good grades simply have nothing to compare them with, they haven't been anywhere before. We have been flying to Kemer for three years in a row, and this is the weakest hotel in this price segment.
The only obvious two advantages are:
+ Proximity to the sea.
Well, comments are superfluous here, the very location of the hotel relative to the sea is good.
+ nice room.
The room is decorated in a modern style, quite comfortable mattress, clean bed linen, towels.
Mini bar with mineral water and sweet carbonated drinks only.Replenished if necessary.
Further down the cons of the hotel:
- absolute zero animation, you will be sitting in the evening without any musical accompaniment.,
After numerous complaints about animation, two evenings during the whole time there were pathetic attempts to entertain a bored audience - a disco and a musical quiz. From now on, music was also played by the pool during the day.
- very poor nutrition,
and alcohol, served in plastic cups.we were in the budget top five, there was no such dreary food anywhere, you can see how they save on everything and don't try, even they manage to spoil eggs for breakfast-they don't cook enough.
- inconvenient passage to the sea.
The hotel is so strangely built that there is no direct access to the beach road from the lobby or from the terraces, and you can ONLY access the sea from the main building by going down to the 1st floor.

This is a separate story, the main building is connected to the general air conditioning system, and at +26 degrees you will simply get steamed in the heat both from the window and because of the amazing ventilation, which works for heating in the summer.
- there are no umbrellas on the pier,
people just get sunburned, they have to leave almost immediately after swimming.
We will not come here again and will not advise anyone, although in general we tried to squeeze the maximum positive out of this trip.

Pros: large rooms, beautiful view from the room, the first line by the sea, the sea is clean.
Cons: cockroaches in the rooms, a small selection of food (for hot lunch and dinner, there was either chicken or fish on the distribution), homemade wine tasteless, there is a rather poor selection of alcohol in the bar.
We were in early November, perhaps that's why there was a poor choice of drinks and food, but the cockroaches in the room just killed.

Let's be honest. This is a foursome with an all-inclusive package. I came here on the advice of my parents (I've been here already 2 times).
We moved into a room not in the main building, BUT (this is a huge room on the 1st floor) - there are no complaints. Kondey and everything that should work from the equipment worked properly.
Yes, the end of the season, yes, the tired look of the hotel and everything in it! You can find fault with everything. But for 220k in 2 weeks, I have not found such prices anywhere else in Kemer. Therefore, the beach, the weather and a good mood made a good vacation.
Once again, there are plenty of disadvantages (food gets boring on day 4, after that we sometimes went to eat at restaurants nearby).
And so in general, we gave 220k for 2 with a flight and an individual transfer. If your character is not vile, then at a normal price, you can stop here.
PS. They pour alcohol, but it seems to me that even the Red Label is locally bottled.

We have been to Turkey many times, but before the pandemic, so I do not know how to evaluate this place. Let me remind you that the hotel has the status of 5* and ultra all inclusive.
The hotel needs renovation! They didn't live in the main building. The rooms were small, there was no armchair, no chair, no table. There was almost no cleaning. There were also no bathrobes, toothbrushes, shampoo, shower gel, but there was a hair conditioner. The reception said it was 3 in 1, but it didn't foam at all. Well, romantic swans on the bed after cleaning are probably not in fashion now))
There is a lot of food, repeated every day. Powdered mashed potatoes, crayfish and mussels were once for dinner in 5 days, for which there was a queue, like in a Mausoleum, they ended in 15 minutes). The food is modest. Alcoholic beverages are diluted.
The beach... is a separate story)) The beach in Adler is steeper)) considering that the occupancy of the hotel was 50%, we did not have enough space on the beach, and in the following days we had to "occupy" places under the sun. I can't even imagine what happens on the beach in summer.

The hotel positions itself at 5 stars, but it barely pulls at 4.
Positive:
1. The purest sea (not the merit of the hotel)
2. Beautiful nature (not the merit of the hotel)
3. A normal pier for entry to the input.
4. There are enough sun beds
5. Delicious Turkish coffee in the lobby
Minuses:
1. Terrible room cleaning. You can check on the issued white slippers. Walk for 1-2 days, and the sneakers are blacker than the stoker's clothes.
2. Disgusting food. There is no variety in food. 2 types of meat: chicken and turkey. In a huge amount of oil and overcooked. 1 kind of fish, slightly more edible. There is a constant shortage of food and huge queues. All fruits are green: apples, bananas, grapes. No strawberries / figs and other tasty and healthy fruits, although the season allows. The sweets are good.
3. Disgusting drinks. The coffee in the vending machines is terrible. Alcoholic beverages were declared to be both local and imported (UAI), everything is included in the price. In fact, local drinks are poured, and you have to pay for foreign ones from above. It is not clear where the UAI is then.
4. Unwashed and/ or broken dishes are constantly laid out. Sometimes they even pour it into cracked glasses at the bar. I think that this is not something that 5 *, 3 * should not allow themselves.
5. A boorish aunt wanders around the hotel with some guy, they impose fur coats. If they refuse, they continue to look for a conflict. They left unpleasant impressions.
I don't appreciate animation, because I'm not interested in it. Animator girls are constantly running around, doing something there, they have their own audience.
I won't even list the minor disadvantages.
The result: 3 out of 10 (I'll give you an asterisk for Turkish coffee in the lobby and friendly staff at the bar). It's not worth the money. Never set foot in this hotel or in other hotels of the Seven Seas chain.

We had a vacation with our daughter in early June 2024.Everything is fine, almost.The food is meat, vegetables and fish are different, there are a lot of sweets. The territory is not large, clean, and green.The sea is great. Almost... this is an excessive number of cats (although I love them very much), and there were difficulties with places for lunch. Well, the hotel is still closer to 4 *.

It's a good hotel, but I was a little bored in it because of the small territory. Beautiful views, nice rooms (renovated). They are clean, there is a kettle with tea and coffee bags, sugar. The mini-bar is also present and updated! The cleaners clean the rooms quickly!
There was a lot of food, but there was practically no meat, which upset me (a lot of different stews and something from greens). There used to be a toaster oven at breakfast, but it was removed (there are a lot of different rolls). Now there were no fruits like strawberries and cherries, there were few watermelons.
The staff is very kind and helpful, they will always help you and tell you everything!
Animators are constantly calling to be active and participate in various events!
There are shops, so you can even buy a fur coat if you need it :D
Parents complained about imported alcohol, which was scarce and not particularly tasty. But there is a lot of soda, juices, tea and ayran!

The hotel is on solid 4. I'll start with the obvious disadvantages: you can only drink wine and beer from alcohol, everything else is very mediocre, bartenders do not know how to make cocktails, everyone gets in the way with a huge amount of sugary juices, and they only make cocktails in the lobby bar
There are indeed queues for food, especially on the grill, because there is no staff to give out food. Because of this, people pile huge plates on themselves and others have to wait for the next batch. It is worth coming by the end of dinner/ breakfast to avoid queues. Also, empty marmites are not replenished for a very long time, you come to take food, but everywhere is empty!! The dishes in the restaurant are broken, the tables are crooked, they swing.
The variety of the buffet is quite meager, but the grill is delicious.
Animation: very weak. The animators do not try, they go to relax for their own pleasure. Once a hurricane passed in the afternoon, the weather improved in the evening, but for some reason the animation was canceled, apparently the animators decided to arrange a day off🫠 There were good discos a couple of times. The music from the nearby hotel is really booming, but it wasn't critical for us.
Pros:
Nice new rooms in the main building, cleaning is normal
Beach, sea
The staff is polite, but the guy at the spa is very arrogant
Summary: I understand that prices have increased in Turkey and tour operators are charging money, but not to the same extent!!! I would not say that the hotel turned out to be "budget", it definitely does not cost that much money.

Rested at the end of September 2023. I have been regularly vacationing in Turkey since 1995. But this is the first time I've met such a hotel!
1. Animation - 0. There is a staff of animators, quite pretty girls. They appear in the morning by the pool, dance for 2 minutes and that's it. No minidisko, no entertaining games at/in the pool, no evening shows, no... - "0".
2. The restaurant is the worst I've ever met. A large set of dishes, but which are completely tasteless. It kind of sucks! Of the fish - one fried mackerel, but cooked completely tasteless. Even potatoes can't be cooked deliciously. A small set of sweets. In general, if you want to lose weight, then this is your choice!
3. Swimming pool - the water in the pool is icy. 2-3 people swim in the peak heat. What it was built for. It seems to me more for beauty and a set of "stars"!
4. Does not apply directly to the hotel. The flight was an Aeroflot flight. Quite a normal business hall in Sheremetyevo. Flight by inquiry. Everything is ruined by baggage claim in Antalya. We received the luggage in 1.5 hours! The transfer manager said that we were lucky - many are waiting for 2 hours or more. The airport is clearly not coping with the flow of tourists. And Recep Tayipovich set the task to increase the flow of tourists to 10 million per year (((
Positive:
- a normal spacious room with a sea view.
- not a bad set of fruits.
- normal lobby bar with drinks
- awnings for sun beds by the pool
- clear sea, but the pier requires major repairs.
