I traveled with your agency for the first time, although the experience of bus tours is no longer small. The tour was called Paris with comfort in August 2025, without overnight trips.I was very pleased with everything from signing the contract to returning home: the girls in the office were nice and helpful, they helped me arrange everything quickly, and they kept in touch until departure (on organizational matters), Olga was just a great smart girl, she constantly prompted and advised me (where to buy what, where to go, etc. on the way, she talked about the history and sights of those countries that passed through) special thanks to her, and be sure to write Olga a prize))) the drivers are polite and courteous, the bus is clean and comfortable. the moments included interesting films so that we wouldn't get bored). The bus brought us as close as possible to the sightseeing route. So that we wouldn't have to wait in line at customs for several days, the travel agency reduced our queue as much as possible, it's three times pleasant how they took care of tourists without additional surcharges. There were contests and gifts for active tourists, and a surprise from a travel agency near the Eiffel Tower, a glass of French wine) The tour was very eventful and relaxed, I was very satisfied with the hotels and breakfasts and everything in general.
