We traveled with the Savan Travel company to Georgia from 18.07-1.08 without night crossings. The tour is comfortable, the transit hotels are very good, with breakfasts. I can't imagine if there is such a road without overnight stays, that's why I chose this tour. A transit overnight stay in Stepantsminda with an excursion to a mineral spring in the mountains and an ancient church was especially cool. The Georgian military road is generally beautiful and not at all scary with such experienced drivers. We also want to express our gratitude to the accompanying Dmitry, who told us a lot of interesting things about the places where we passed all the way. In Kobuletti, we stayed at the Renaissance Hotel. We were greeted there very cordially, with a buffet. The hotel is not bad, the sea is 5 minutes away, the only thing that the hotel does not have its own territory at all, it stands right by the road, it's noisy, but you can see the sea.The breakfasts were delicious, homemade. Near the market, the embankment, restaurants. On the way back, a tour of Tbilisi and a visit to Mtskheta. In general, I recommend this tour. Savan Travel is really a team of professionals. By the way, it is much more pleasant to go into the sea on big stones in them. A very important point about the Internet in roaming. The tariffs are insanely high. It is better not to enable data transmission while in Georgia and on the way abroad. In 36 seconds, 59 rubles were written off from me in Viber. Including the subscription fee for 2 weeks - 73 rubles.

Tour "To Georgia with comfort +, Kobuleti 2024: Kazbegi - Tbilisi - Mtskheta* - Kobuleti. NO NIGHT CROSSINGS!" from 08/11/24 to 08/25/24.
For the first time I am writing a review on a travel company. Because there is a reason. Unfortunately, it is sad.
I have been traveling with various travel agencies for 15 years now. But this is the first time I've come across such a disgusting tour organization in all these years. Although I am not picky enough myself, and back in May I went to Greece with the same organization, and I liked it. There were also nuances in terms of comfort, but they did not cause such negativity as on the tour to Georgia.
I am writing a review from the bus, at 00.50, on August 26. Minsk is still 3 hours away. Despite the fact that the tour is positioned "without night crossings". The first night crossing was at the departure - we left at 2.30 am, the second night crossing on the way back, although the program indicated that we would arrive in Minsk after midnight. I understand everything, 4 a.m. is also after midnight, but nevertheless, there is a difference - to arrive at one o'clock in the morning or in the morning.
Now about the tour itself.
The buses are old. they broke down on the way there and back. The state-owned carrier company from Borisov, negligent attitude to buses. The drivers on the way to Georgia themselves controlled the loading and unloading of luggage, cleaned the cabin, in general, there was order. On the way back, other drivers just stood stupidly smoking while the tourists themselves tried to pack their luggage optimally, while the loading and unloading time stretched, the cabin was not cleaned. Apparently, this is not a lordly business.
Hotels. Transit hotels in Voronezh and Tbilisi were excellent, hundreds of times better than at the resort. The transit hotel on the highway near Pyatigorsk is a nightmare, plumbing is loose, stinks of sewage, hot water was not turned on either in the evening or in the morning on the way to Georgia, my repeated requests were simply ignored, the accompanying group Sergey knew about it, was present at my requests, and also did not try to influence the situation in any way. The hotel in Stepantsminda was also quite good, with a view of the top of Kazbek and in general in a stunningly beautiful place. The breakfasts were good everywhere.
The hotel at the resort in Kobuleti Reness (photo of the room attached). The building is in disrepair, the plumbing is broken, the sewer is clogged, the windows are dirty, shat by pigeons, the walls are cracked. We were accommodated on the attic floor next to the laundry room. The maids chattered from 10 to 19 pm, all their working day. You won't go to the beach in the afternoon, it's hot, I wanted to relax in the room, I asked the manager to calm them down a little - it's useless. The hair dryer was removed from the next room only after my request to the travel agency to move us to another hotel. One family complained about the sewerage and plumbing, she was relocated to Batumi. Then the hotel administration offered us to move into their room))) circus))) The window in our room was behind the wall of the bathroom, so we lived without daylight.
Guided tours along the way. We didn't take any, we went to Batumi, magnetic sands, etc., but according to reviews, people generally liked it. On the way back, an evening tour of Tbilisi was to take place, and in the morning free time in Tbilisi, for those who want an additional excursion to Mtskheta. The program indicated that after Mtskheta, return to Tbilisi, but the escort suggested that those who are not going on an excursion take a taxi to Mtskheta themselves, like they won't drive the bus to pick you up for you. Amazing service! However, the group did not gather at Mtskheta and we were given a tour of Tbilisi in the morning (an interesting tour, a pleasant guide Natalia), then they gave us 2 hours of free time. And all this only through our indignation and demands to comply with the agreed volume of services, because immediately after the tour we were ready to leave the city.
The good news is that the nature of Georgia is really worth seeing. Stunning mountains, breathtaking serpentines, powerful mountain rivers. The bus tour is very suitable for this. I will also note Olga's manager's attempts to solve the problems of tourists with the hotel at the resort. And my special thanks for arranging for our eviction later than the scheduled time, since we were supposed to be picked up at 15 o'clock, and the eviction at 12. We got sick that day, poisoning, fever, and we really needed these couple of extra hours. We were also lucky enough to cross the border quickly enough both to Georgia and back. But traffic jams are very big, many hours are lost in them.
Advice to those who decide to take a bus tour to Georgia in the next seasons - just not with this organization. They won't put us in that hotel anymore, because they're going to demolish it in the fall (yes, they put us in such an emergency hotel), but they'll choose an equivalent one. Buses are also hired as low-cost as possible. It was really scary that it would break on the serpentine. And it is better to relax in Batumi, where the beach is still nicer, the stones are not so sharp. And Batumi is still a city, and Kobuleti is a village, and this is felt in everything - in the service, in the unsanitary conditions around. But everything is more expensive in Batumi. And from Kobuleti it is very convenient to travel both to Batumi and to Ureki on a magnetic fine sand. It's up to everyone to decide what's more important.
Although we had a good rest, despite all the negative aspects described, unfortunately, I no longer want to use the services of Saven Travel.

We chose this agency for a tour to Europe. Manager Ksenia sang beautifully on the phone that the tour would take place. Booked in early January. Everything is good and beautiful.
Then she constantly ignored the questions in the correspondence. The prepayment was transferred. Then there was silence from them. We clarified a week later from them about the submission, they said that they were about to submit lists to the embassy. Then a month and a half of silence.
At the beginning of March, we again began to worry about writing to the manager. Of course, we were ignored for a day. As a result, we are informed that we have received a refusal from the embassy even by appointment (this is not a visa refusal) allegedly, the whole bus was refused. Although when we made out the tour, we asked if we were still in time for the submission, we were answered yes of course. On the site, the phrase exit guarantee means everywhere (and it turned out after that it was only for tourists with visas, it's funny)
When finding out, it turned out to be their second refusal for this tour.
Why weren't we informed in advance? Unclear. Apparently, the travel agency stupidly did not have time to register people. That's all.
The vacation has been disrupted. But managers hide behind their favorite clause of the contract:that the tour company can cancel everything itself at any time.
I do not recommend this agency. Ruin your vacation. Time has been spent, we won't be able to physically sign up anywhere else.

My husband and I went to Batumi with the travel agency Saven Travel in September 2023. The rest was a success. Everything was organized very clearly and with dignity, despite the fact that the group was large - 46 people. We drove to Georgia for 3 days. The road is difficult, but thanks to the well-coordinated work of the accompanying Tatiana, professional drivers, a comfortable bus and overnight stays in transit hotels in Voronezh and Pyatigorsk, it was satisfactory for us. In transit hotels, the rooms and breakfasts were good. The borders of the Russian Federation and Georgia passed quickly enough. I liked the hotel in Tbilisi and the city tour. The rest in Batumi went well. We lived at the Mardi Plaza Hotel. The hotel is nice, but the breakfasts are monotonous and the range of dishes is narrow, but everything is fresh. An unlimited visit to the swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi and gym located under the roof of the hotel left a great impression. We were lucky with the weather. There was no rain, the water in the sea is clean and warm. All the excursions were interesting except for a visit to the winery in Kakheti. The guide spoke bad Russian and uninteresting. A pleasant bonus from Saven Travel was the organization of a tasting of the winery's products. However, this tasting made a negative impression. At the entrance to the factory, everyone was given one glass, into which two types of white and red wine and one type of chacha were alternately poured. Cognac was not offered for tasting. In the company store from the factory, the assortment was wide, but the prices were high. During our vacation in Batumi, my husband and I had one problem, with the solution of which we turned to the accompanying Tatiana. Many thanks to the management of Saven Travel, who fully took into account our requests and solved the problem in the way we asked. Thanks to this and a well-organized vacation in Batumi, we advised our family, friends and acquaintances to travel with Saven Travel. I hope that in the future my husband and I will use the services of Saven Travel many more times. As a result, on August 20, 2024, in the evening, I received a call from the tour agency, where they say that the tour will not take place, although it was indicated on the website that only 8 empty seats remained on that date.At the same time, it is indicated on their website that they go on tour if there are 35 people and if there is no tour, they are warned 3 weeks in advance. I liked the tour, the organization was good, there was a little overlap with the transfer to Disneyland. The guides were very good in the cities, except for Luxembourg. But the driver named Andrey, the MABIKO company, is just terrible: a boor, constantly rude to everyone, regardless of the age of the passengers, allowed them to discuss the appearance of the guides. I do not recommend these passenger carriers.
