Positive:
- Very good, beautiful and fashionable renovation
- Very good gym and swimming pools
- There are a lot of towels and good cosmetics in the bathroom, I'm glad that I didn't have to beg for all this
Minuses:
- The hotel has some kind of club-restaurant with a beautiful show program, we wanted to go in, but when we got out of the elevator on the right floor, we almost went deaf and quickly left there. All these deafening beats were heard every day until 2 a.m. in our room at 14(!!!) the floor.
- A strange breakfast. There are only 3 hot dishes on the buffet (even there were no sausages), all the dishes are on order - everything is very long. Cucumbers are very bitter, the bread is only toasted and tasteless.
- The location is acceptable, but far from ideal. It's a long way from the center, the hotel is surrounded by construction sites, some vacant lots, garages, all the streets around are not illuminated at night, stray dogs run around. + the hotel is on a hill, so you can only walk up high stairs, located again in dark alleys.
- There is no tea in the room, there are no snacks in the mini bar
- The windows in the room do not open

My favorite hotel! Excellent service, beautiful rooms, delicious breakfast, wonderful gym. The pool is nice, but there is little shade, so be prepared for the scorching sun. We've been to two shows there - it's phenomenal. The concert hall is also beyond praise

Who knows Yerevan, the hotel is located in the old district called Kond , next to the former Proschyan Street (famous in the 90s for local fast food). The hotel was built on the site of the old Dvina hotel. I can say that probably the best rooms , if you compare 5 stars in Yerevan . There are not many of them , so you can compare them , since the prices are very close , and the interior and size are different . The hotel is really worthy of its 5 stars and not only the rooms , but also the breakfasts and the opportunity to attend evening shows. But there is an amazing , I would say , not clear nuance, to check in according to the hotel policy, you need to pay a 20% deposit of the room rate. I had two rooms with a paid breakfast and I paid almost 800 euros to check in. And he , namely , the deposit must be returned at the time of eviction . I am already in Moscow, the deposit has not been returned …

The hotel claims to be the best in Yerevan. The rooms are new, furnished with everything you need. High-quality and expensive materials were used in the decoration. But the lack of a SPA area for a hotel of this level is nonsense. Breakfasts are disgusting service (a very long wait for the ordered dishes, the dishes themselves were served of questionable quality - undercooked porridge, cheesecakes of incomprehensible consistency). The staff themselves are friendly, but the hotel still needs to work a lot on the infrastructure (construction at the entrance to the hotel lobby, etc.).

The impressions from the hotel management are the most negative. On the site of the hotel where the event was held a few days ago, expensive Apple AirPods Pro headphones were stolen from me. I had to ask to see the camera footage for 2 days, then it turned out that they couldn't find anything on the video. The hotel administration was clearly not very willing to help. Big questions about the safety and security of things on site.

We were by the pool on the 19th floor. It opened just a week ago. Everything is at the highest level! True, the welcome compliment was delivered an hour and a half later, but we had something to do. We hardly found a decent place in Yerevan with a swimming pool and sun loungers. Respect to the DJ! The best! Special thanks to the waiters who lit up with us🫶

On May 31, the guard did not let my friend into the reception area. She had to wait for me outside. This is a terrible service for a hotel of this level. Check-in to the hotel through a narrow street where something is constantly being built. The wine that was a complement is the cheapest. Even my assistant didn't drink. The room was of the Executive Suite category.

Why is music playing so loudly - EVERY DAY, EVEN ON WEEKDAYS, UNTIL ONE OR TWO IN THE MORNING. The law on silence in Armenia apparently does not apply to the hotel and its annex, an open barn from where we constantly hear music of various genres.

Из прекрасного в этом отеле только интерьер!
На завтраках нечего кушать, сервис на 0,в целом персонал не настроен сделать ваш отдых комфортным. Заказывали трансфер из аэропорта , водитель не открывает двери, консьерж просто смотрит , в первые сталкиваюсь с таким персоналом. Не рекомендую этот отель цена не соответствует качеству.

Шикарное место для отдыха , вода в бассейне кристально чистая , ремонт из 2050 года , можно отлично провести время .
Все на уровне , дайсон в раздевалках. Дальше думайте сами )

Хороший, новый, модный отель. С двумя огромными НО, за которые снимаю все звезды:
1) Coba на 16-ом этаже - шум от этого клуба добивает аж до 10-ого (!!!) жилого этажа отеля. На минуточку басы долбят до 3-ех ночи! Ни о каком отдыхе в отеле просто не может идти и речи!Администрация, сделайте что-нибудь с этим! Клуб выглядит прилично, но в нем невозможно находиться - музыка просто уничтожает своей громкостью.
2) Stage - клуб в пристройке к отелю. Аналогично безумно громкая музыка до 1 ночи, от которой не спрятаться в номере, если ваши окна выходят на бассейн.
Ко всему прочему на эти два заведения жалуются ЖИТЕЛИ соседних домов, но никому нет до этого дела, поэтому услышьте хотя бы постояльца!
С таким шумом уровень отеля тянет только на ночлежку для молодежи на побухать, но ценник отеля - как для состоятельных людей. Вы уж определитесь там!
Одну звезду пришлось поставить - она уходит персоналу, все сотрудники максимально готовы решать проблемы и помогать, жаль, что прикрыть Кобу раз и навсегда они не смогут!

Очень красивый интерьер, в принципе, очень красиво, богато, но оооочень громко, просто безумно громко! Блюда всё на "5", вкусно. Была только в ресторане. Про сам отель и сервис отеля я сказать ничего не могу.

Отель очень красивый, на этом всё!
Но о сервисе персонал не имеет представления .
Руководсту стоит обратить внимание если уж такие цены.
Мужской персонал не умеет оказывать сервис и здороваться тоже,двери не открывают, даже если вы заказываете Roll- Royce видимо Амянское эго не даёт им опустится до этого. За 3 дня прибывания в отеле персонал всё время спрашивает ,Вы куда идёте?сделайте браслеты что бы не действовать на нервы.
Сутки 43 тысячи ,на завтраке нечего кушать,официанты парни тоже считают не нужным поздароваться и вытереть крошки со стола!
В первые отдыхала в таком неорганизованом месте.Единственное что они сделали замылили глаза интерьером.

Совсем не традиционно для Армении ни по стилю, ни по дизайну ни по ценам))) Но достаточно высокое качество услуг. Не могу сказать высочайшее; были на конференциях - сильно дует, от того, что нет вторых дверей, два три бармена на кофе брейках не справляются. В большом зале, с половины свадьбы официанты ку да то исчезают… в ресторане Айрик блюда совсем не вкусные и очень дорогие. Но все эти минусы со временем можно исправить - главное, чтобы не расслаблялись.

Отличный небольшой бассейн. Снизила звезды за отсутствие зоны для курения ( курят везде, даже рядом с детьми) и очень громкую музыку (беруши не помогают).
Если вы слабослышащий и курите, то смело добавляйте 2 звезды - вам очень понравится!
