In general, I'm not a fan of writing reviews, etc. But a day spent in room 36 of this hotel is a kick-ass. The room is clean, of course, there is a shower, hot water. And that's it. The TV is not working, the air conditioner is not working, the phone for communication with the administrator is not working, the mattress on the double bed should have been thrown out long ago, the springs were digging in, it was uncomfortable to sleep. I got the impression that this was the room on duty, maybe the receptionist was so "left-handed", I don't know. We were here 3-4 times in 2009, it was much better. Whether I will come here again is questionable. I recommend that the hotel management have a conversation with the staff, in particular with the employee who feeds the breakfast to the guests. If he doesn't know the hotel guests by sight, then at least let him greet them and talk politely. I have experience in the hotel business (Duman Hotel in Astana). Hotel guests need to smile, no matter what color they are.

A good hotel. The rooms are clean and cozy. There is a refrigerator, and even a personal mini-sauna in the shower stall. Clothes can be ironed in the laundry room. Breakfast is included, buffet in a cozy restaurant decorated in a northern style. There is a large banquet hall. The staff is very friendly.
