They fixed the zipper on the jeans. I put it on once, the zipper won't close, and it was sewn crookedly. They put the cheapest one, apparently I came a second time, explained the situation calmly. To which a woman with a short haircut and black hair (God forbid you get on her) began to rudely explain to me that it was my fault (apparently I changed the crooked zipper at home), but they decided to redo the jeans anyway I come to get them, three women (including her) are sitting, and they are talking very enthusiastically about something. After waiting 20 seconds for them to finish, they turn to me with the phrase "what do you want?" Customer orientation is at its height))) I asked if "all clients are greeted this way," another woman told me that I just got into a hot hand))))) In the end, I came home, immediately tried it on and couldn't fasten the zipper AGAIN, so they put some kind of cheap one again (if anything, my weight is 50 kg and height is 165 cm, they are not full) For this I paid 20-25 rubles (I don't remember exactly) As a result, 2 times a broken zipper, wasted time and boorish female seamstresses Definitely not recommended.

The most honest review : There were 2 orders:1) hemming the pants and sewing them at the waist 2) updating the seam on handmade shoes (it visually seemed to me that it was worn out from the outside). Regarding pants: payment is 50p. I paid immediately . The order is on Tuesday , the deadline has been agreed and scheduled for Saturday . It wasn't ready on Saturday, so they called and said it wouldn't be ready until next Tuesday. There are no questions about the quality of the filing yet. In relation to the client, there are questions. Regarding shoes: the order is on Tuesday, the availability is agreed for Saturday. They called on Thursday. I picked it up next Tuesday along with my pants (elementary, so as not to waste time walking). All that was needed was to "refresh" the thread on the outside of the shoe. Attention! The thread stitches both the sole and the skin itself, i.e. it is not glued at all. What do you think they did?? They glued them on and only visually stitched them from the outside ! The shoes fell apart after 2 DAYS. Despite the fact that when accepting the order, EVERYTHING WAS AGREED that WE WERE STITCHING, but the master can add additional glue IF he sees fit. So, this is the worst shoe repair I've ever seen. Instead of normal shoes, they made me "fuck off". Moreover, they didn't even notify that they were just glued)) well, really, life is not the same without a sucker)))) When I brought the shoes full of indignation and discontent immediately on Monday, the woman at the reception said that she did not know and began to call someone, and then a real circus began. Someone on the speakerphone started accusing me that I was to blame (that's right, the shoes should be on the shelf, and why did I put them on at all??))) And in general, it was necessary to order a full firmware. In response to my question : why WASN't I IMMEDIATELY TOLD that I needed a full firmware, the accusations and tantrums of the woman on the other side of the tube went on that I was to blame for everything. And the fact that they made explicit pornography instead of the agreed order did not bother her. They took the money for one thing, but they did something completely different. The whole shouting with accusations lasted for 15 minutes . They literally brought me to tears and a nervous breakdown. The shoes were accepted, and so far (4 days have passed) there has been no sign. Instead of apologizing for the blatant damage to the (handmade) shoes, they tried to make me look like a fool. But I will not leave this story like this and will make it public if the work is not done properly and an apology is not made. Important clarification: previously, there were no problems with any workshop in Minsk. They repaired everything and worked well. If the master couldn't do something, they called me and asked about their actions. Here is the result - see the photo below.
