The observation deck itself is closed for repairs and maybe forever. The building houses a school for children, with various clubs and courses.
Of the advantages, you can go to the toilet.
For me, as a romantic of the high road, the fact that the site is closed is unpleasant, and it is impossible to look from a height

I didn't see anything to look at here. There are closed gates in the middle of the way, surrounded by a park without a single trash can and benches. Apparently, religion forbids sitting in parks

The children's art school is located here, the exit to the observation deck is closed, the locals do not remember that it worked. But the place is beautiful, there is a park, there are benches, after the market to relax, to lay down impressions - that's the thing! The people are very friendly

Previously, everything was fine for children, the mugs were clean and tidy, but now everything is running so it's a shame

Initially, it was a great idea to create an observation deck. A cylindrical building with a spiral staircase leading up around it. But unfortunately the building has been transferred to some kind of children's center and access to the observation deck is closed!

as usual in Tashkent, everything is closed, there are only fences everywhere, you can't go up and look
but the construction and the idea are cool! I was especially pleased that the spiral-shaped rise from below is made of chipboard - that's what a good climate means

Nicely. If you are staying in Tashkent for some reason, be sure to come here. Preferably in the evening or at sunset.
There aren't too many people.

Unfortunately, it was closed for repairs. No one knows when the repairs will be completed. The territory is green, well-groomed, as in many places of Tashkent
