The children's art school is located here, the exit to the observation deck is closed, the locals do not remember that it worked. But the place is beautiful, there is a park, there are benches, after the market to relax, to lay down impressions - that's the thing! The people are very friendly

Initially, it was a great idea to create an observation deck. A cylindrical building with a spiral staircase leading up around it. But unfortunately the building has been transferred to some kind of children's center and access to the observation deck is closed!
