It was our last meal of the day. A few hours later, the girl started having abdominal pain, diarrhea in the morning and a temperature of 37.3. In the morning I had a severe headache, a temperature of 37.2, chills and weakness. The symptoms lasted for more than 3 days. I contacted the institution via their WhatsApp. In response, I received formal phrases, requests for "a certificate with a diagnosis indicating their cafe" and promises of an "internal audit", which never began. There is no reaction to my arguments and screenshots of other complaints, just silence. I have already filed a complaint with the Department of Sanitary and Epidemiological Control. Let's see how they will justify themselves. Take care of yourself and your loved ones. Even the presence of complaints from several customers in one day did not prompt them to check the products.
