The place is nice and clean. Large menu, lots of staff. But, there are some Buts. We took it to take away - first of all, it's not entirely clear how we should understand that our food is ready, because there is no information about it anywhere and no one is calling. Secondly, there is no description of the dishes. For example, the shawarma is sharp - how to understand what's inside without asking the staff? The taste of this spicy shawarma itself is mediocre, cheap tasteless ketchup with mayonnaise and meat (the meat is delicious). We were a little disappointed

On July 26, 2025, we visited the Amanzholov branch with our children. We ordered pizza, French fries, lentil soup, coffee, sushi, and nuggets. The kids were hungry, they started eating pizza and fries and immediately said it wasn't delicious. The pizza on the sides is raw and not tasty, really. We returned the lentil soup immediately. It tasted terrible. Sushi is not salty from the word at all. The nuggets are overcooked and not tasty. They called the administrator, who couldn't really say anything, just apologized. There was a feeling from the dishes that everything was dirty. As a result, we were somehow charged soup and tea. I do not advise going there from the word at all. Dirty and not tasty!

Long service and deception. I was in Astana for the first time, on 11/01/2025. While other tourists of the tour bus were in the national park. The museum is nearby, I decided to have a quick meal of local shawarma in SF. Since there wasn't much time, I wanted to order right at the counter, but I got an answer that if the order wasn't for takeaway, I had to sit down and wait for the waiter. I did so, sat down at a table (I think it was #3), at about 2:15 p.m. I ordered a 2-portion assorted cheese shawarma (about 2200 t), which they promised to cook in 10-15 minutes, and a cup of Moroccan tea. The waiter was surprised that they had it in cups, I showed the icons on the menu, a cup of 1100 tenge and a teapot of about 2000 tenge. We waited for 15 minutes, and at about 2:30 p.m., the waitress came over and asked if I had ordered a spicy shawarma. I said no. Apparently, she wanted to hear in response which one I ordered. I asked if she was preparing at all, yes, yes, of course. And what is it? Which one did you order? Why lie that it's being prepared if you've lost my order?! I repeated the order and asked how long to wait, 5 minutes! But in the end, I waited another 20 minutes, they were already calling me from our bus, I had to run, I came up to pay only for tea and refuse shawarma, only then the staff started fussing, they said they would wrap it up with themselves. The bill is 4700 plus. Why, when (2200+1100)+your 10% = 3630, and you took 30 percent more?! I suppose the waitress didn't realize that there was tea in the cups and counted it as a teapot, then there would have been a little over 4,600. But I brought 1 cup, not a teapot. He said that he had been waiting for the shawarma for more than half an hour, the waiter pointed to the screen, which indicated that the shawarma was ordered 17 minutes ago!!! I was not mistaken in the time, because after ordering from Wi-Fi, I made a call at 14:18. 17 minutes, this is probably the time when at 14:30 the waitress realized that she had lost the order and asked about it again! I also had to remind them to give me the change. She was given a small change, as an end to the bullying. They didn't give me a receipt. I had to run to the bus, in the cold, where 59 people were waiting for me alone. I didn't expect this from a chain restaurant that says FAST food. The shawarma and tea, by the way, were good
