**Review of Shawarma Food SF at Sauran 34 in the Botanical Garden**
Our evening at Shawarma Food SF was ruined by a number of unpleasant moments. To begin with, the service leaves much to be desired. The waiters are clearly unprofessional: they served us slowly and brought orders with great delay. The quality of service was at a very low level.
Of the desserts, only the milk girl can be distinguished, which was more or less normal. All the other desserts, especially Whoopi pie, were terrible. I do not recommend ordering them.
The most disappointing thing is the burgers. We ordered three chicken cheeseburgers and one hamburger, and the wait took almost an hour. However, when the burgers finally arrived, they were cold and completely not appetizing. The chicken cheeseburgers turned out to be without cheese, and the cutlets did not look like chicken. The waiter we contacted with this question couldn't help us. He took the burger for inspection and returned, claiming that there was indeed cheese there, but we never felt it.
We asked to reheat the burgers, but the waiter said that they always serve it that way, and refused. It was only after an urgent request that he warmed the burgers, but this did not save the situation. The cutlets were overcooked, which completely spoiled the taste.
In general, we will never return to Shawarma Food SF again and we do not advise you. It was a terrible experience.

Lagmans are delicious, but they add little celery or radish or lajan. Sushi is medium in taste due to the low swell or low salinity of salmon in Philadelphia. Wasabi is appropriately from the store (that is, not from Japanese horseradish, but from another wasabi-flavored component), pickled ginger. As a quick snack, a family meal is perfect, but it's better for gourmets not to go to fast food. Keep in mind the service charge is 12 percent. In general, I consider any service surcharge unreasonable and existing only in the CIS. I have not seen this in Europe or Asia, since the cost of the dish already includes administrative costs and services.

Everything is fine, but the screeching of children, a long waiting time for your order is about 30 - 40 minutes. And so for the first time we liked it, although a serving of 1.5 shawarma with beef and branded sauce is nothing at all, an ordinary shawarma. We will come again, but there is a need for order and automation of the workflow.✊✊✊
