I have a problem with the sf aulet branch.
On March 7, I made a large order with delivery via the sf website. The website said that the delivery will be in 40 minutes. An hour later, a message arrived that a foot courier would make the delivery. The courier himself called me and said that the whole order would not fit in his bag, that he would bring some of it in regular packages. I refused such a delivery, because everything will cool down. They said that another courier would be called. And again, the message came 3 more times that the courier was on foot. It has been more than 2 hours since the order was placed. I have already called the branch and said that I will come myself.
Arriving there, I asked to get everything out and check for temperature. The French fries were warm and like porridge, the pizza was barely warm. I asked how long it would take to redo the order, the administrator told me that it would take 40 minutes, and he would also clarify. At that time, I called another place, announced the order in the same volume, and was told that everything would be ready in 20 minutes. Then I told the administrator of the aulet branch that I refuse the order and ask for a refund. He sent me to the call center, told me to solve the issue of refund with them. I called the call center, the operator told me that the administrator of the call center solves such issues, they will give him a call and he will call. On that day (March 7, 2024), no one called me back. Once again, I called and wrote to the call center on March 8. I was contacted and asked to provide my ID and the last 4 digits of the card I paid with. I provided all the data. Then the director of the aulet branch contacted me, apologized and said that he would make a compliment from the next order.
I forgot about it and checked the account on March 23, but the refund was never made. I wrote to the call center again on WhatsApp, the administrator called me and asked if I wanted to make a repeat order, as it was on March 7, I said no, since I made that order for my niece's birthday. He said that after the holidays he would resolve the issue of the refund. Today is April 26th, a big month has passed. All my messages are ignored.
