I needed large-format printing services, I came to the center and on the first day they didn't really tell me why they couldn't print it today, I understood that the employee simply couldn't, the employee said to try to come tomorrow, I said it was fine, but I decided to ask if they could print what I needed in principle, or if I do not wait for tomorrow and look for another place, to which the employee replied that she would send me a telegram about this, as a result, no one wrote to me. The next day I came back, another employee was already sitting, and she openly told me that the person who understands large-format printing will only be next week, that is, she does not understand this. That is, I spent two days just to find out that the employees are not smart enough to do the work that is listed in their services. It was not stated anywhere that I should catch a certain employee, which only one understands in large-format printing, it is a pity that I spent two days and only found out that the employees do not know how to perform their duties.

I ordered to print three photos. Firstly, they were made for two weeks, and they were given torn ones. They took two reprints, and all this for another week. They promised to call when they were ready, but they didn't call back until I got through and protested. Everything went from being a good studio in the past to a mess.
