I asked for a regular 9x12 photo. Not an art project, not a glamorous cover, but a normal shot where I look like a person, not like a character from a children's cartoon. What did you get? Some kind of wretched baby face, filled with filters, as if they were trying to rejuvenate me to the state of an embryo. The skin is like that of a wax doll, the eyes are enlarged, the facial expression is erased to the level of a "neutral NPC". No approvals, no options. They just gave me this "creation" and said, "Here you go, be happy." Be happy about what? That I've been turned into a digital baby? This is not a treatment, it is a profanity. It feels like they don't have Photoshop there, but a shame generator. If you want a normal photo where you look like yourself, and not the result of an experiment in personality degradation, avoid the "Sphere". It's not a studio, it's a factory for destroying self-esteem.
