Cons: there is only 1 small shower stall in the hall, and you need to turn on the water heating for +- 1 hour. For the cost of 7 rubles / 1 visit, I think the opportunity to wash should be better.

sfit fitness club, the room is large, there is a lot of space, but the price… 8 rubles after 17:00, 6 rubles before 17:00. most people work until 16-17:00, they will have to go for 8 rubles. I think that the gym is not worth the money , that's why most of the simulators are designed for girls, for that kind of money there are no simulators on the back (only blocks and a horizontal bar), the leg press is disgusting (only the knees work, no matter how you put your feet, at the same time, friends who visited this hall respond the same way), there are no tranagers for calves, for that there are two for assholes). The windows are old, the hall is cool. there are a lot of pears and boxing bags. comparing with the nearest halls - Lokomotiv and Olympian, with prices half as low, with almost identical equipment, I would prefer to go to them than here. Rent only fee🤷♂️ maybe other people will have a different opinion
