We, a group of 25 people, waited while he stood and was silent, and when we asked why we were not being settled, he simply remained silent. Next, I have not seen a dirtier carpet than here. Next, the mattress is a special trash, it crunched impossibly hard, I lifted the mattress pad there is cellophane! The cellophane had to be torn off, there was some paper under it and !!!!!
