I want to leave a detailed review about a restaurant I recently visited. Overall, the impressions are very good, and I think that such an institution deserves attention. There is a pleasant atmosphere from the very entrance — the interior is thought out to the smallest detail, cozy light, comfortable seating and cleanliness. The music plays unobtrusively, creating a calm mood, but not interfering with the conversation. The staff was friendly and escorted to a table, which immediately creates a good impression of the service. As for the cuisine, the dishes are served beautifully and neatly, which indicates a high level of attention to detail. The food is really delicious: the products are fresh, the portions are generous enough, and the flavor combinations are thoughtful. I especially liked that the delivery is fast — the waiting is minimal even with a large number of guests. I would like to mention the work of the waiters separately. They are polite, attentive, and timely, but they do not impose themselves. All meals and drinks were served without delay, and requests and clarifications were fulfilled immediately. There are also points that can be improved. Sometimes it gets a little noisy in the hall, especially during rush hours — it may be worth considering additional solutions for noise insulation. I would also like the menu to have a little more options for people with dietary preferences. Otherwise, the restaurant leaves a great impression: a high level of service, delicious cuisine, pleasant atmosphere and careful organization of the process. This is a place I want to return to, and I will definitely recommend it to my friends and acquaintances.
