I was disappointed today. There were no waiters, but the receptionist and another guy were running up in turn. They take the order, they don't remember who ordered it. They walk around the hall asking whose it is. The lagman was almost cold, there was little meat and vegetables, and the meat was tough. Pilaf is also a problem, the meat is boiled and there is frankly little of it. It looks sad. Baursaks are cold. The salad arrived at the very end. There are questions for him too. The combination of sweet sauce with mushrooms is questionable. The eggplant is cut into too large pieces and not fried inside. In general, Shafran has lived up to expectations.
