Unfortunately, my impressions are far from positive. I went to replace my driver's license, having previously submitted an application on the website, without receiving a response there, a week later I got through to authorized persons who said that everything was ready and I only needed to drive up with documents there, because there is no necessary equipment in my area and this is the nearest branch. I looked at the working hours on the public services website before leaving, seeing that they were working without a lunch break, I left, but alas, an A4 sheet was glued to the closed door, among other pieces of paper, indicating the time of the lunch break. It is strange that their management is not aware of this and the site indicates that they work without interruption, does no one come to check and see this poster indicating the true schedule? I don't mind, we are all human beings, and if they can't take turns having lunch, ensuring a continuous regime, let them have lunch as they want, but specify the correct information about the work schedule. The ticket for the queue received from the vending machine turned out to be useless because, as it turned out, this office is entered on a first-come, first-served basis and even online recording for a certain reception time does not give the right to enter at this time if there is a live queue. After waiting for about an hour and entering this office, I found out that a correctly filled out online application is also useless, since the computer program displays information in the wrong columns in which they were requested and indicated on the site. The employee canceled the online application and filled out everything from the very beginning, which took a little more time ... The ideas are beautiful and useful, but alas, there is no implementation and unfortunately it is not just useless, but rather harmful in the conditions of a pandemic. It is a pity that the budget funds spent inefficiently on the purchase, maintenance and operation and maintenance of equipment that issues useless coupons for the queue, software, staff who had to implement all this, and of course it is a pity for their wasted time on making an online application on the site, waiting in line, etc.
