In this business, which I have experienced in different branches before, unfortunately, I noticed a general sloppiness in this branch. I have had problems with ordering, receiving deliveries and product taste issues. I had to ask when the device that should have notified me that my order was ready did not give an alert, and only then was I able to receive my order. Although I ordered the same double hamburger that I ate at another branch just three days ago, the product that came in had nothing remotely to do with it. Although it was double, the bread had not grown, the ingredients were disproportionate, making the meal impossible. Moreover, the meat was not fully cooked, and a senseless hot liquid that burned the mouth was gushing out with every bite. It was an incredibly bad experience. The business is located in a beautiful location of the shopping mall and has a pleasant seating area. However, it is not worth stopping by here unless the taste problems are solved.

We stopped by here with friends and tried “ShackBurger” and “Cheese Fries”, we really liked it. The taste of the meat and the balanced structure of the burger are remarkable.
