We looked in on Thursday evening , at about 22 o'clock, there was one table around us. The music was playing loudly, it was uncomfortable to talk, and the atmosphere was more conducive to dancing. The menu is Belarusian-European, the price tag for the dishes is average for the "hospital". There is free parking nearby. We ordered carbonara pasta (it turned out to be a C grade) and dry red wine (it's quite good for itself).
