I was extremely disappointed with the work of the sales manager at this store. Firstly, the consultant was not only ignorant, but also did not pay due attention to my requests. Instead of recommending suitable products, I was offered products that clearly did not meet my needs, and they did not even explain their features.
In addition, I was confronted with rudeness and ignoring of my questions. When I asked for additional recommendations, I was told that "everything is standard," and that was the end of the communication. I expected a much more professional approach, considering that this is a cosmetics store.
The service leaves much to be desired, and I'm unlikely to come back again. I hope the management will pay attention to the quality of service and train the staff properly.
