One of the tallest buildings in the world and that says it all. Most importantly, regarding the Dubai high-rise building, access to the observation deck is much cheaper here. The 126th floor is not worth visiting, as the performance itself is very time-stretched and does not carry any background - just a light show near a large balance beam.
