A must visit if you are in Shanghai. The ticket purchase process is very clear, large (oversized bags, suitcases) are left at the reception. A fast elevator will take you up to the observation deck under the "hole in the building", and then another elevator will take you up to the floor where there is a glass floor under your feet and this "hole" is a can opener.

The building itself is very original, respect to the architects. There is a constant blue backlight in the theme. The view from the "Opener" is simply amazing, especially in the evening. I highly recommend you to visit.
