Do not buy houses from this developer at all. They are deceiving everyone. I have not been refunded the money for square meters to the Altyn Shar 1 shareholder for a year now, I have been waiting for them. Managers always lie. The management only promises. The shareholders of Altyn-Shar 2 have been waiting for their apartments for 2 years now.
