I visited this store for the first time today. One of the advantages is a large assortment. And now the cons: terrible customer service, not all the goods that the buyer sees can be purchased. Namely, I have collected a whole basket of different balls and a few accessories. When I arrived at the checkout, the cashier began to serve me, unfortunately, she did not see my first or last name, who informed me that I could not purchase the napkins I had chosen, since the goods were reserved and paid for somewhere in the database, which was followed by my legitimate indignation, why then these napkins were in the window. The answer was given to me that they had a lot of orders, the napkins did not have time to assemble into an order, and then the balls were sorted out in the same way. As well as the cashier serving me, I was told that let's make an order in silence, accordingly, I was indignant in response, to my indignation I was told that we would continue to mumble. Based on the above, I advise the management of this store to have an explanatory conversation with this cashier (a dark-haired woman with glasses sitting at the checkout on the right) about the ethics of communicating with customers.
