minuses : high prices and staff service. well, a very long wait, the waiters are not attentive and sluggish, ordered tea with lemon, brought ordinary tea without lemon. but that's okay, we asked for tea with lemon to be brought to us and it was brought to us. next, we asked if the samsa is prepared as soon as the order is made, or if they prepare it in advance and just heat it up. Thanks to my close friend, I visited this unrealistically fabulous institution! The interior and design are so elegantly thought out, the atmosphere is bombastic!
As for the taste of food, words cannot describe it!! Everything is sooooo delicious and amazing! Having recently visited a cafe, I was extremely disappointed with my experience.
From the very beginning, I had to wait in a long queue at the entrance, which, in my opinion, was caused by slow service in the kitchen.
The waiters seemed unhappy with their work: sometimes they forgot part of the order, then they added dishes to the receipt that we did not order. Moreover, their attitude towards customers was rude and disrespectful. When I tried to contact the manager with a complaint, I was simply ignored.Even the leftovers of the takeaway had to be packed on their own, although this is the duty of the waiter.
The culmination of an unpleasant experience was that the bill was simply thrown on the table without bothering to hand it over.
In addition to all this, the prices in the cafe turned out to be cosmic and did not correspond at all to the quality of the services provided. As a result, all the customers, including me, left the cafe dissatisfied.
This level of service is unacceptable, and I do not recommend this place to visit.

Прекрасный выбор шашлыков и интересное меню, уютный и современный интерьер, быстрое обслуживание.
Заведение находится в столичном Экопарке, поэтому можно либо сначала нагулять аппетит или после еды «растрясти» съеденное))
Из-за огромного потока гостей, особенно в выходные может не быть мест), возможно поможет бронирование…
Лучше не ехать туда на своем автомобиле, а брать такси, т.к. припарковаться скорее всего будет сложно)
