We've been ordering kebabs to the office three or four times for New Year's Eve gatherings. And every time we all celebrate an excellent barbecue - delicious, juicy, hot.
This time we ordered a "festive" set - 6 kg of food for 7 people. Everything is very appetizing and great. There's still another day left. Everyone is full.
I recommend it! Keep your brand high. Thanks for the yummy food!

Awful. From 02/01/2025, my wife and I ordered a kebab (pork-beef), a portion of shish kebab and suluguni in lavash. When ordering, my wife asked the girl at the checkout to serve the shish kebab without onions (she is allergic). 20 minutes later, we returned to pick up the order and were surprised to find that the shish kebab was richly decorated with raw onions. To our surprised question why the request was not fulfilled, the employee began to remove the onion from the barbecue with tongs (of course, the onion juice and the smell did not go away) and we refused this offer (the money for the barbecue was returned). Unfortunately, the misadventures did not end there. I decided to eat a kebab anyway, and in the process I discovered that something hard and spicy was crunching in my mouth. It was a piece of a plastic fork. When I approached the receptionist and showed it to her, she didn't react at all and said she didn't know, but she would ask. After we asked for the complaint book and I approached the girl again, she called the cook, who in a boorish manner began to prove to me that this could not be and that we should look at the cameras at all (apparently with a hint that I had slipped these sharp pieces of plastic into my food). The cook also announced to the whole hall that he was not going to apologize. No one apologized to us. By the way, all the appliances in the establishment are plastic, but the fork I ate with was completely intact, which I demonstrated to the staff. They did not find these arguments convincing. I can only assume that a piece of fork was left in the meat, which someone had already eaten and was half-eaten, but it was not good to waste, so they scrolled to my kebab. I strongly recommend that you refrain from going to this institution.

Disgusting service. I ordered a barbecue on their website this morning, they called and said that delivery would be from 14:00 to 15:00. At that time, the order did not arrive, and there were no calls about postponing the order either. At 15:09 I called to clarify where my order was, only at 15:52 they called me back and said that by decision of the restaurant director, it was decided to block me. The reason for the blocking is that I canceled orders too often, although I canceled orders 2-3 times, due to the fact that the delivery time they offered me was not suitable for me and 1 time due to the fact that I could not pick up the order, the other times I was told that they had time The delivery has already been scheduled and that only pickup is available, which does not suit me. There are no more explanations on their part. Disgusting service.

For the first time on 07/10/2024, I ordered (free of charge) delivery of a barbecue with a request to bring it faster. An hour later, the courier was already at my place. The neck meat, trout and chicken drumsticks were hot, juicy, and not greasy. However, two pieces of neck meat from 400 g a turned out to be similar to the hip part. The fish is dietary, tender, although small, but worth the money. The amount of meat and chicken for dinner for two turned out to be large - half of the order was left for tomorrow. The staff is friendly, helpful, in general, I recommend it!

I have been working in the Leningrad shopping center for 4 years and have been down to this cafe for lunch more than once. The first impression, in the first years of work, was very positive! Delicious meat soup, solyanka, kholodnik. Everything was at the highest level. I took salads, wings, kebabs more than once!
But in my last visit, the impression was completely spoiled. The cucumbers in the Greek salad were sluggish with a white coating of mold. The seller kindly agreed to replace the goods. But the next mold jar turned out to be tomatoes. In general, something went wrong 😒

I ordered on delivery, The kebab is excellent (pork), soft and not overcooked, hot. Everything is clearly packed. Portioned salads in paper containers, all vegetables are fresh, salad dressing separately, excellent sauce. Mushrooms, in grilled sauce, "you can lick your fingers" and with fresh pita bread. Grilled peppers are great. I am satisfied with the order. The order is for 14 people, everyone is delighted, there are picky people and they did not say anything bad. I'll order more here myself.
