We visited Shashlykof and, unfortunately, were extremely disappointed. The service and cooking speed left an unpleasant impression. The order was placed immediately after arrival, and the hall was almost empty — there were few guests, so we expected the food to arrive quickly. However, after 45 minutes, we were served only salad, and the main dishes were still not ready. Although the waiter assured that everything would be served in about 20 minutes, the reality turned out to be completely different. Such a long wait in the absence of a busy gym looks unprofessional. In addition, we were not given a special dish, despite the fact that all the conditions were met. When we checked with the staff, we received an inarticulate response without any attempts to resolve the situation. As a result, the impression of the visit remained extremely negative: a long wait, non-compliance with the promised deadlines and negligent attitude towards the actions. I hope the management will pay attention to the quality of the service and the work of the staff, otherwise there will be no desire to come here again.

I ordered two different ones, both with ice. For meat (shish kebab, steak) - the serving is beautiful, but the portions are "micro". Grams of meat for a small child, not for an adult, the meat is thin. "One-meter barbecue" (for meat) - for one. A decent amount was spent, but they left half-starved.
