We visited Shashlikoff in Uralsk and were very satisfied! The atmosphere is cozy, the interior is modern, everything is clean and pleasant to be in. We ordered kebabs and lula kebab - everything was delicious, the meat was juicy and well—fried. I was pleased with the polite staff — they served me quickly, with a smile, and helped me make a choice. I would especially like to mention warm blankets and comfortable sofas — it's a small thing, but it's nice.

The shish kebab is delicious, there are no questions — the meat is juicy, everything is cooked properly. But the place itself looks more like a bar than a place for a family vacation. The atmosphere is noisy, the music is loud, the atmosphere is not the most comfortable. You can't sit still with your family. If you just go in for a snack, it will do, but no more.

But it doesn't live up to its name, everything is delicious here, except for the barbecue, which, unfortunately, has 3-4 points on a 5-point scale. It feels like some kind of booze bar... Overall, the place is not bad, but not for a romantic evening. On Wednesday at 6 p.m., everyone drinks - some vodka, some shots, some beer. Loud Russian music helps to "relax" even more. Food: meat is still nothing, but the side dishes and salad that go with the dish are old and not tasty. But, apparently, after a couple of cocktails, it is not noticed... The service is fast and good. But! Definitely not my place and I will not recommend it.

We were there about a year ago, and recently we were invited to go there again. The food is terrible, as if the shish kebab was cooked in this marinade and then it was heated on the grill and you were served. These potatoes are all covered in butter. 😬 Cleanliness is also not particularly monitored. We made sure that we definitely won't go there anymore. Prices, like everywhere else, have increased, and the level has dropped very much.

We ordered a beef steak, for some reason it resembled pork in color and taste. Although the receptionist assured me that it was veal. Two pieces of bread were brought in a huge plastic container for household items, without a Napkin. In such small things, some kind of attitude is felt towards the visitors. It is in this institution. The food was edible, the waiters were polite, five different people approached us, the waiting time was 25 minutes as they said. The atmosphere is pleasant. Drinks: fresh was ordered, brought in some simple glasses, small, where the ice did not fit.
