We just walked in and didn't even have time to sit down, as they immediately asked us to pay the deposit. I'm not against the deposit system, but it would be much more convenient and comfortable if you warned about it in advance by phone and sent a link / remote payment to Kaspi. It's not like a guest just walks in and is immediately told, "Pay, otherwise the order won't be accepted." This created unnecessary tension. 2. Lighting. We arrived before everyone else — around 21:00. Usually the guests gather a little later. There was no semi-darkness in the hall, and we had to ask several times to dim the lights to create a karaoke atmosphere. The same situation was on the dance floor — we ended up leaving earlier because we didn't have the vibe and atmosphere we were hoping for. 3. Barbecue. We were expecting a delicious, juicy shish kebab that you want to eat and order more.
