As a result, they tell me I need a wine code. At the moment, I had nowhere to look at it, the car was in a service station, and I didn't have a phone. As a result, after 10 minutes of searching on the Internet, I find the spare part number myself and dictate it to him. He tells me what's available and tells me the price, and out of habit (as in other auto parts stores) I take out the money to pay and leave. They give me a piece of paper with the number in the queue and the order number, the specialist calls the warehouse, says that the order needs to be brought there, I wait for the specialist with my order, they take out my order, I take the spare part and go to the cashier with this receipt, they accept payment and give me a receipt within 5 minutes. Finally: - it is clear that you need a VIN code for an accurate search, but if I don't have the opportunity to dictate it now, why do you have 3 specialists there with a COMPUTER and I think with some kind of spare parts search program if I find the exact part number through the phone?; - in order for me to buy one part worth up to 10 rubles, at least as many as 3 people were involved, excluding two more free specialists, and a whole range of measures was carried out to sell me spare parts. And all this time, I was the only customer in this store. Maybe the company's management has some idea about such a system, but as a physical it is not particularly convenient for a person to buy auto parts there.
