It's not a bad cafe. We celebrated Dr. The kitchen is good, the waiters are polite. It is a little inconvenient to go down the stairs (if you book the second floor). A children's room is very necessary if you come with a child.
Very tasty branded liqueurs (of our own production). There is a smoking room, which is also very good. I recommend.

It used to be better!!! Now the kitchen and staff are quite ordinary!!! I understand that there are not enough staff!everything has become dirty and has already aged!!! But the cafe has survived a lot, as well as the city!!!!
