Disappointed with the quality and service I visited this shawarma room, but unfortunately, the experience turned out to be extremely unpleasant. The price is clearly too high for such quality. Instead of a balanced shawarma, I got a flatbread that fell apart after the first bite. There was so much ketchup that it completely overpowered the taste of the other ingredients, and the main content of the shawarma turned out to be cabbage – about 60%, instead of the expected meat and vegetables. Additionally, there was a strange dampness, which only worsened the impression. In addition to the quality of the food, the service was also alerted. While waiting for the order, the staff did not hesitate to talk on the phone in raised tones, despite the presence of customers. It seems that the guests are not being given proper attention here. In addition, I noticed the water in which tomatoes are washed – it was dark in color, which raises serious doubts about compliance with sanitary standards. The establishment definitely needs to improve the quality of products, the proportions of ingredients and the level of service. I hope the management will take these comments into account and review the standards of work. I can safely say that 3 years ago it was better!

I ordered there often, it was delicious, the key word is ORDERED. It seems like 2 years ago everything was fine. But nowadays this institution has become, so to speak, degraded. One menu, and the prices are only going up. The chicken in the shawarma is not fully done. I remember ordering one shawarma, and they made another.! I'll be right there. It's cold outside, minus 10. I decided to order. If the meat is finished, wait 15 minutes. I waited. I came in 15 minutes, they said another 15. Then she came an hour later! They told me to wait some more... What is it.... And I've already paid the money. As a result, it was done in an hour and 10 minutes somewhere.. It's terrible! It's terrible! You can't brag about the staff either.. You just can't say that there are good people working there, there aren't any! Don't go there, for the sake of your money and nerves! Otherwise, after their service, you will have to go to a psychologist.
