We bought shawarma twice near the Carousel shopping center. This shawarma does not match any qualities. It's impossible to eat, it's not tasty at all, they probably never add sauce, it's very dry, there's also a minimum of meat, and it probably doesn't match the weight, visually at least it seems much smaller. Personally, my opinion and feedback: they don't know how to cook or they don't want to do it well. I do not recommend this point for buying shawarma.

It seems like the situation was resolved, I ordered a shawarma in a new way, waited 10 minutes. There are no complaints about the quality, but the service leaves much to be desired. It would seem that everything is fine, but after a while a representative of this institution contacts me with complaints in his voice and the advice "Learn how to use the application". The complaint was that I ordered to the wrong address (on Komsomolskaya St.) and the order needs to be done more carefully (naturally not in such a polite way). I sent them a screenshot with proof that I ordered everything correctly in the messenger, I did not receive a response))) You've ruined your impression of yourself terribly, hire more friendly staff.
