We took two vegan ones today, and we were very satisfied. I would especially like to mention the cashier's girlfriend - she consulted, cooked deliciously, and suggested that she be as pleasant as possible, and all this without negativity and anger, which is amazing nowadays.
I'll come back here again as soon as I'm in Rechitsa.
And most importantly, the room did not smell so strongly of catering and fried food.
The shawarma is delicious, juicy, convenient to eat, does not leak, does not fall apart. In a word , perfect .

I didn't really like it, there were a lot of fatty scraps in the shawarma instead of chicken meat, and somehow everything is completely bland in the vegetarian shawarma. Served quickly is a plus. I took some more coffee there, so the coffee was cold, on the claim that an exchange or refund was made, they said that nothing depends on us, this is how the machine cooks. So it would be possible to put 2 for this.

We came in the other day with a friend, we didn't wait very long, but the attitude towards customers is disgusting. The shawarma itself is not very tasty, and when I took the napkins out of the bag, they smelled like a toilet, cool? That is, they did not have time to buy napkins, brought those that were left for them, and simply handed them over with a clear conscience. There are not enough checks on these eateries, it's a nightmare and horror, such places do not exist for long and it would be cool if an institution where at least there are napkins is put in place of this trash.

It's okay that the order was made for a long time, but this is a matter of chance, even in good establishments it happens. But the shawarma itself .. in fact, just a salad of vegetables not the first freshness wrapped in pita bread, chicken and sauce were not mentioned, since they were practically not in the shawarma. I can't say anything about the other items on the menu, but shawarma is clearly not their thing, although the name of the institution seems to oblige. IMHO, you need to change the cook or give this one a slap on the wrist for such a shawarma.
