I go up to the checkout and wait until the girl finishes her business, I stand and wait and it already feels like I'm not here, in the end I came up, as usual I say what I need in shawarma and what sauce, realizing how many people are already sitting waiting for their shawarma, I ask a logical question "tell me the approximate waiting time" she the answer is "20 minutes", you can understand them well, there are a lot of people now, I left the shawarma shop for 11 minutes, I'm coming back, it's clear that my shawarma couldn't get ready because the flow is too big, I sit there for another 12 minutes and understand that one shawarma has been lying at the checkout for a long time, even though I and I understand that it can't be mine, but I came up and asked, and I was safely told that it was my shawarma)))) in the end, I took the barely warm shawarma with me so that I could warm it in the microwave later) I can't say how much I'm to blame for this situation because I was making logical conclusions and the staff could have been more lively and repeated at least ONCE that some kind of shawarma or something else is already ready, to the shawarma itself has no questions from this and I put 3 stars, but the staff leaves much to be desired.

very disappointed with their service now. The lady in the photo is talking aggressively and loudly with foreigners. Does not smile at customers. The guy who cooks the food changes all the recipes according to the menu and adds very few pieces of chicken to the food. You don't have to waste time choosing the sauce, you won't feel it. Although teriyaki and tartar are basically the same as far as I understand.
About the meat.. It seems to have been 👍
There was a lot of cabbage, but not much good.

But the shawarma itself deserves its 4 points, although it is expensive for 9p. It's cheaper in Minsk. But I take it here often. Not all positions are for me, but a variety. My favorites at the moment are teriyaki shawarma, onion rings.
Not a place for dating, because it is located at the bus stop, but to go on the way home from school, work, polyclinic is the best thing, especially in winter, when the bus is still 20 minutes away, you don't want to freeze, but you can just go in, order something, sit at the window and watch when the transport arrives)
